Should you wish to enhance your stay, Our Team can assist in booking Concierge Services such as:

- A Personal Chef
- In Residence Housekeeping
- A fishing or boat charter

- Rental of Bicycles, paddle boards, additional kayaks, or golf cart
- A photographer for great family beach photos
- At home therapeutic massage

BUSINESS INFO:

Most of our clients pay by personal check or bank wire after connecting with Debbie and confirming dates, so please make sure dates dates are good with all people traveling, once reservations are booked, we have a no refund policy.

A few other details to note: 1) While this home does accommodate a large number of guests, the RENT quoted and exit cleaning fee is based on 12 guests;

When yo have 13 or more guests, there will be an additional charge ranging from $2,500 to $5,000 and additional EXIT Cleaning Fees--both based on # of guests and length of stay & time of year.

As previously mentioned, 90% of our guests pay by check or bank wire and this is our preferred payment method.

2) Should you choose to pay by credit card, we will need to book you on another platform and there is a cr card convenience fee of 4% for guests traveling domestically and 6-10% for our International Guests.

3) This is a beautiful luxury home and we want you to enjoy all that it has to offer. Please remember to have care and leave it as lovely as your found it for the enjoyment of future guests.

Just a few other items to consider:

1) We have a zero cancellation policy. We can reschedule your dates if there is illness unless your time is on a holiday.

2. There is a 7 night minimum stay beginning mid-February through Passover and for all major Holidays.

3. Christmas and New Year's weeks 2023-2024 are broken down into two distinct weeks with a min of 7 nights:

starting December 15 with a checkout of December 26

and December 27 forward.
