Lovely tropical courtyard with sparkling heated pool, large BBQ area, laundry. Small complex on canal with dock, leading into Intracoastal, sit by the water and watch the boats go by. We are a completely none smoking property

If your wondering if you should book this property don’t - book now before it’s gone! This is truly a hidden gem! The unit is spotless as well as the outside common area and pool. You will have everything you need, it’s FULLEY equipped. The pictures are exactly what it looks like, beautifully decorated! It’s a short walking distance to Publix for food shopping. You can also walk to the beach! Wonderful close by restaurant options. Kathleen is an excellent host and responds quickly to inquiries! We definitely will be back!

I stayed here for three months in the summer and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and in a great location--10 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to Publix! Very safe and quiet area. I felt very comfortable living alone here.
Laundry was shared in the complex but extremely clean and not a hassle at all. Having stayed in the off season (summer) the complex was quite empty while I was there.

Loved staying at this fully updated condo. It’s walking distance to the beach so no parking issues. It’s also walking distance to the grocery store. This location is between Ft.Lauderdale and Boca Raton, so you are out of the larger crowds but both are about a 20 minute drive. There you can have fabulous restaurants and night life. This condo is beautifully equipped and Kathleen was a wonderful host, always available if we had a question.
