Suzie's Beach Place is an adorable efficiency that has its own private entrance with tropical courtyard for sitting and having coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Parking right at your entrance gate. Outside shower to rinse off your sandy feet! Includes a super comfy queen bed with lots of storage, closet, full eat in kitchen and full bath. As soon as you arrive at Suzie's Beach Place you know you are on vacation.
Area Information
Pompano Beach is a true gem on the south Florida coast! Our beautiful beaches are very wide with dunes to protect from erosion. There are pavilions on the grassy areas and BBQ grills as well as showers and bathrooms easily accessible. We have a children's playground and an area for adults to workout with some outdoor equipment locate right at the beachside. Also, the great lawn at one end of the public beach has a great little splash park for young children. We have a fantastic Tiki Bar called Lucky Fish right on the beach as well as several high end restaurants. The world class pier is right there to go for stroll or drop a fishing line. We also have a golf course nearby and plenty of deep sea fishing or scuba diving opportunities too.

Beach Plenty of bars and restaurants as well as diving and boat rentals. grocery is a bit of a walk but doable and there is a little shuttle car that takes people all around to grocery and restaurants and bars for free.

About the owner: Hi I'm Suzie! I grew up right here in Pompano Beach and when I was young my parents owned beautiful vacation rentals in Lauderdale by the Sea (just down the road!) Although I was born in Boston I have spent most of my life here so I considered myself a native. I have a pet grooming business nearby that I have had for 35 years and I still love what I do!I have 2 grown kids.
Why this property? I have lived in Pompano most of my life so I was very familiar with the areas and when I saw this property for sale I knew it would become Suzie's Beach Place. I have worked on 'Suzie's Beach Place ' with great love to make it the little piece of paradise that I knew it could be! Pompano Beach is such a great city and has just recently renovated it's beaches and surrounding areas. The renovation of our beach area is ,in my opinion created the most beautiful beaches in South Florida. Our beaches are extra wide with dunes and grass areas for play and cooking out. They have even included a fitness area for adults by the pier that overlooks the ocean. There are exercise group classes offered at different times for small donations on the great lawn on the beach! Also the water fountains are a real hit with the kids. The local pubs and restaurants are superb and the feel is still quaint and cozy. I am so happy to live here and so happy to share Suzie's Beach Place with you!

This upscale studio has all you need for a great beach vacation or extended stay. It's bright, spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped as is the new luxury bath. The private yard is a quiet and peaceful retreat. Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Suzie is an amazing host, she made sure that I had everything I needed. I really felt at home during my month long stay. I highly recommend Suzies Beach Place when in Pompano!
