Tidewater is a magnificent three-bedroom two-bath pool home. Its located on a lovely quiet street close to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square and pier area. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor pool and spa that sits right by the bay. Newly built in 2019!
The master is located upstairs, it features a walk-in shower with granite countertops with his and her sink's, as well as a beautiful walk-in closet for all your storage needs. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom that has a shower and tub combo. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, which also connects to the guest bath, with options of privacy. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with cable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, spices, stainless steel appliances, dishware, and cookware. The dining room table can seat six with a beautiful view of the bay! Additional chairs at the island, seating two. There is also optional seating to enjoy dinner, cocktails, or even a game on the flat screen on the balcony with views of the bay.
The living area has two beautiful leather couches, and a large flat-screen T.V., for your relaxing moments.
This home comes with all the bells and whistles!
Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cart are also provided.
This home is within walking distance of restaurants, tiki bars, bike rentals, and different little shops. You are steps away from just about anything. Especially to the sandy white pristine beaches. You will want to make Tidewater apart of your adventure year after year, walking into this home is a simple breath of fresh air.
NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart for your stay. We provide high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.
