Huge lanai with water views and swaying mature palms has 2 eating areas and loungers.. There are two large living spaces, two dining areas and an office nook perfect to work from paradise. Over 2500 square feet all on one floor!

Enjoy a quick walk or bike ride to the club house for a yoga class, a drink at the bar or dinner at the grille ** tenants can purchase membership to the club for a fee of $750 for longer stays. Also enjoy a quick 8 min drive to the stunning beach at Marco island or 20 min to 5th Avenue Naples.

How far is the walk to the club house?
Ride your bike or walk just a minute down the road to the clubhouse for a meal, swim, yoga class or social event. This unit is very centrally located.
Is it safe?
This is a gated community with a manned gate! You need a back ground check to stay here and must be a registered guest or resident to get in.
How far to the beach?
Head to Marco island’s stunning beach in just 8 min. Enjoy Marco’s Farmers markets and great restaurants too. If you want to check out 5th Ave Naples dining and it’s beach you can explore just 20 min away. This is so central you will never run out of things to do!
