I am a little reluctant to write this review since I really want to keep this place all to myself - it's amazing! The owner has thought of every possible way to make this unit a home away from home. There are an abundance of supplies and thoughtful touches like a blanket on the sofa, extra pillows for the beds, a folder full of helpful information and a lovely bottle of wine awaiting your arrival. The location is a huge bonus. It's within walking distance of the main clubhouse, pool and cabana, and tennis/pickle ball courts. Jim is an excellent host - very easy to communicate with and makes sure that you have everything you need. We love this place and can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful experience with my family our one month stay at Heritage Bay has provided. It has been completely positive, from the aesthetic beauty of the layout and landscaping, to the conveniences of the pools, jacuzzi, gym, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and golf, along with a separate driving range. And the two on-site restaurants provide superior food at reasonable prices. All these amenities are accessible within a comfortable 5 minute walk (or 1/4 mile drive). Periodically, Heritage Bay also provides additional forms of entertainment. The community feels totally safe and secure. And within 2 miles, outside of the facility, is shopping, numerous restaurants and a large supermarket. All quite convenient. Whether adult or child, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The condo itself was comfortable and quiet. Every amenity was provided by the owner, Jim Poliseo, who lives nearby if anything additional is required, which is unlikely. Inside, the condo has an open feel, and wonderful views of a lake and the golf course; yet there is privacy. And in the condo itself, the owner had it clean and well stocked upon our arrival. From Tide detergent, various soaps and Kleenex, to bottled water and Keurig coffee varieties, the owner's generosity exceeded our expectations. To summarize, if you were to design a perfect, safe community, aesthetically outstanding in every way, Heritage Bay in Naples, Florida, with its location and the comfort of this condo, is the closest to perfection that I have experienced. Heaven on Earth, rated a 10 out of 10.

Heritage Bay (HB) is an impressive and expansive community with exceptionally maintained grounds, offering every conceivable amenity. This particular unit is not only impeccably maintained by its owner, Jim Poliseo, but is also set apart from others, as it is within a pleasant, 5-minute walk to all primary facilities, e.g., golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, restaurants (including poolside), as well as multiple satellite pools that one can avail themselves of at HB. This condo unit comes with an indoor garage and additional outdoor parking, as needed. It is fully appointed with all kitchen appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi and TVs, as well as start-up household products provided by Jim so guests can hit the ground running. It showcases two bedrooms and another room for additional guests, all well-appointed and impeccable. There are two lanais at opposite ends of the condo with a view of the golf course, lake and sunsets. Jim is, by any standards, an exceptional host, both accessible and responsive while considering every possible need for his guests including detailed instructions on facilities use, helpful links, and lots of great suggestions on local businesses, restaurants, etc. The experience was fantastic and certainly comes highly recommended. We are already planning a return trip.

Beautifully decorated, clean and maintained unit. Terrific host! He was super responsive and helpful. Well appointed unit with all you need. Kitchen was fully stocked with nice dishes, cutlery, coffee machines. Furniture was high quality, comfortable and clean! The location is great because it is a short walk to the club house, golf range, pro shop, tennis, pickleball, pool and restaurants. Nicely appointed lanai/patio on each end that are screened in. Master bedroom was big and bed was very comfortable. Garage was good to store bikes and golf clubs. Highly recommend the unit. On property restaurants were excellent, great food and affordable. Off property restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and amenities all close.

In April/May 2023, we were lucky enough to find this gem at Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club. The Veranda is a unit with 2 lanais, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making your guests (if any) feel very welcome and private. Jim is the perfect host and owner, he gave us a fantastic welcome. He was available to answer questions and oversee the functionality of everything in the condo. The condo was SPOTLESS, and well equipped with top of the line appliances and electronics. To Whom This May Concern,We rented Jim Poliseo’s condominium in Heritage Bay from January through March, 2023. The whole experience was outstanding! When we arrived, Jim provided us with a wonderful tour of the facilities. His unit was extremely well-furnished and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our culinary needs. He even offered to have bicycles available to us. During our stay, it was wonderful to see the sunrise from the East lania of Jim’s condo’s and then watch the sunset from the other. The neighbors are extremely friendly, and the area is very quiet. The activities within the community were outstanding; we were extremely impressed with the restaurants, sports facilities and the different pools. One significant bonus regarding Jim’s unit is that it is a very short walk to the main entertainment area. Jim was extremely attentive to detail, and his follow-up was impeccable. We have encouraged friends and family to look at his property for future stays in Southwest Florida.
