Full golf membership is available with this second floor Veranda condo at Heritage Bay. HB features 27 holes of championship golf, and a newly renovated clubhouse with Grille room overlooking the 27th green! Eastern exposure gives you morning sun and a gorgeous golf & water view of the Par 5 No.1 hole. This Veranda I at HB was recently repainted including added exterior lighting and brick paver. The condo is just a short walk away from the amenities center and resort-style pool, outdoor Cabana poolside bar & grill, fitness center, 7 HAR-TRU tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce, aqua driving range, & more! This Veranda has upgraded cabinets, granite countertops, and crown molding.

About the owner: I grew up in New York City and lived most of my life in New Jersey. I am a retired Chemical Engineer that worked for major pharmaceutical companies. My wife and I enjoy all the amenities that Heritage Bay has to offer.
Why this property? The setting of this property is perfect. It is only 4 Miles from Rte. 75. It is close to many outstanding restaurants, grocery stores, the beaches and downtown Naples' renowned Fith Avenue. The resort itself has it all: the active lifestyle including a fitness center, tennis, pickleball, golf, driving range, bocce courts and bicycle trails, and two restaurants.

Heritage Bay (HB) is an impressive and expansive community with exceptionally maintained grounds, offering every conceivable amenity. This particular unit is not only impeccably maintained by its owner, Jim Poliseo, but is also set apart from others, as it is within a pleasant, 5-minute walk to all primary facilities, e.g., golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, restaurants (including poolside), as well as multiple satellite pools that one can avail themselves of at HB. This condo unit comes with an indoor garage and additional outdoor parking, as needed. It is fully appointed with all kitchen appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi and TVs, as well as start-up household products provided by Jim so guests can hit the ground running. It showcases two bedrooms and another room for additional guests, all well-appointed and impeccable. There are two lanais at opposite ends of the condo with a view of the golf course, lake and sunsets. Jim is, by any standards, an exceptional host, both accessible and responsive while considering every possible need for his guests including detailed instructions on facilities use, helpful links, and lots of great suggestions on local businesses, restaurants, etc. The experience was fantastic and certainly comes highly recommended. We are already planning a return trip.

Beautifully decorated, clean and maintained unit. Terrific host! He was super responsive and helpful. Well appointed unit with all you need. Kitchen was fully stocked with nice dishes, cutlery, coffee machines. Furniture was high quality, comfortable and clean! The location is great because it is a short walk to the club house, golf range, pro shop, tennis, pickleball, pool and restaurants. Nicely appointed lanai/patio on each end that are screened in. Master bedroom was big and bed was very comfortable. Garage was good to store bikes and golf clubs. Highly recommend the unit. On property restaurants were excellent, great food and affordable. Off property restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and amenities all close.

In April/May 2023, we were lucky enough to find this gem at Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club. The Veranda is a unit with 2 lanais, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making your guests (if any) feel very welcome and private. Jim is the perfect host and owner, he gave us a fantastic welcome. He was available to answer questions and oversee the functionality of everything in the condo. The condo was SPOTLESS, and well equipped with top of the line appliances and electronics. To Whom This May Concern,We rented Jim Poliseo’s condominium in Heritage Bay from January through March, 2023. The whole experience was outstanding! When we arrived, Jim provided us with a wonderful tour of the facilities. His unit was extremely well-furnished and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our culinary needs. He even offered to have bicycles available to us. During our stay, it was wonderful to see the sunrise from the East lania of Jim’s condo’s and then watch the sunset from the other. The neighbors are extremely friendly, and the area is very quiet. The activities within the community were outstanding; we were extremely impressed with the restaurants, sports facilities and the different pools. One significant bonus regarding Jim’s unit is that it is a very short walk to the main entertainment area. Jim was extremely attentive to detail, and his follow-up was impeccable. We have encouraged friends and family to look at his property for future stays in Southwest Florida.
