The living room has wall-to-wall glass doors that open to a nicely sized balcony facing west. Furnished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
The condo has new bamboo floors in the dining and living areas and wood-looking ceramic in the bedroom. It has a view to the preserve from the dining room.
The community is social and has a nice clubhouse, pool, and tennis court. The gardens are very well maintained.

I lived in this condo for a few years and loved the quietness, the friendliness of the neighborhood, and certainly the beauty of the gardens. It's secluded and still very close to everything.
Located in a secluded area, the condominium is quiet and safe, the neighbors friendly. It's only minutes away from grocery stores, Walmart, Publix, gas station, and dining places. Only 10 miles away from the beach. If you're a golf player, you'll find many opportunities to play.

Naples is a city on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida that’s known for high-end shopping and golf courses. The Naples Pier, first erected in 1888, is the city’s symbol, and is a popular fishing and dolphin-spotting destination. It’s flanked by miles of beaches with calm waters and fine white “sugar” sand, including those at Clam Pass Park and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
The historic downtown, referred to as Old Naples, has Victorian-era buildings, including the 1895 Palm Cottage, which is open for tours. Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South are lined with chic boutique stores, art galleries and restaurants. Golfers tee off at dozens of area courses, including at the venerable Naples Beach Hotel and Tiburón Golf Club’s Greg Norman–designed courses. Rotating exhibitions of modern art are on view at the Baker Museum. The 170-acre Naples Botanical Garden showcases native and exotic plant life, while Naples Zoo is home to animals from Florida, Africa and elsewhere.

Naples Pizza (best pizza in town, I think) in the shopping mall on Santa Barbara and Radio Road, just a few blocks away. There is a First Watch, a Moe's, a Starbucks, and a Chinese restaurant in the same shopping.
A Pelican Larry and another Pizza place are nearby on a small strip mall (walkable distance, maybe ½ mile away).

The cleaning fee and rental fees (plus 12% taxes) are due at the moment the contract is signed (no less than 4 months before lease starts).
If the lease is terminated as the result of the tenant's failure to make timely payment (4 months before the beginning of the lease) no refunds of any fees or deposits will be made to the tenant.
The safety deposit is refundable within 15 business days after the end of the lease.
If you rent for a minimum of three months, you can get a 3% discount on the total lease.

Why this property? I loved this property from the minute I saw it and I happily lived there for several years until I had to move for work reasons.

It's the place to stay
this end unit is located on the top floor of a second story building. The entire complex is kept clean and management is helpful and friendly. Many of the people are return seasonal renters due to the close proximity to shopping, beaches and attractions, the complex itself offers many activities held within and outside the complex;tennis, pool, fitness room, club house, golf, bowling.The owner promptly answers or addresses any inquiries you may have. The unit is equipped with the necessities to start you off on your vacation, such as dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. the unit has two tv;s one in the living room and one in the bedroom and has many channels. the balcony off of the living room is an excellent place to have morning coffee or enjoy the evening sun. I thoroughly enjoyed my three month stay.Enjoy your stay
