This is a cute cottage all remodeled white tiled, waterfront in the secluded neighborhood of Plantation Key Colony
The house offer two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the second with two full beds
A complete remodeled kitchen galley type with all appliances and many kitchen gadgets, spices and much more.
We offer linens and towels and we are following all the necessary measurements for sanitize and disinfect after each guests departure
Also the best part of the house is backyard where you can dock your boat, sip your drink in the tiki hut, watch Tv, enjoy the pool or relax in our hot tub

About the owner: We are a couple in our early 60's semi retirees, we enjoy boating, snorkeling fishing and we come down to the Keys from Miami (our living house) every weekend to spend time with our families and friends.
We are both professionals and we belong to "home exchange platform" and had 9 fabulous exchanges around the world, we enjoy traveling and being sorrounded by the sea
Why this property? This property is an oldie, but we have remodeled the entire house to make attractive to renters and people who wants to disconnect from work, relax and be in paradise, what a better place to be, than your own backyard with a view and your boat steps from you.

yes, you can launch your boat, either at Harris, Harris Park or Founders Park, both located less than 2 miles from home
Can you park your boat trailer at home?
Yes, there is plenty of space in front of the property to park a few cars and trailer.
Are we allow to have visitors to stay in the house?
yes and no, you can have visitors at home, but if they stay they are considered guests and must be declared in the contract. We do not allow more than 6 people including children in our home.
Is there any place (s) to rent a boat or a kayak?
Yes, there are many places from Key Largo to Key West to rent any type of water craft, not limited to boats, such as jet skies, canoes, kayaks
Can we clean your fish at home?
Yes, we a cleaning station in the backyard and a freezer to store your catch and bait

Mercy and Jose’ have a beautiful home that we have been able to rent for 4 months during the months of Jan- April! This was our second stop of three on our travels across the Keys and it ended up being our favorite. The home, and it truly is a home, was very stylish. Mercy had Christmas decorations up, which was really nice, and her decor was fabulous. We don’t usually sit still while on vacation but we spent an entire afternoon just chilling in the tiki hut by the canal. We rented a kayak and paddled up to the entrance of Tavernier Creek and all the way down to the bridge. We also floated with a momma and baby manatee in one of the neighboring canals. Then, while snorkeling off Cannon Beach, we came across two manatees. The home was sparkling clean, comfortable and had everything you could want.
