I have owned and rented this property for 20 years and have been coming to Seagulls Condominiums for over 40 years. The condo bathrooms and bedrooms have just been updated and the entire building has just finished a major upgrading and painting. If my pics don't import from vrbo 49422, then you can just view them there. Heated swimming pool with ocean view, new workout room, tiki huts on the beach with grills. kayaking rental nearby that will drop off at Seagulls.
There is exclusive, shaded parking for 2 cars under the building (#11)
HOA Prearrival form needs to be filled out prior to coming so you will have working key fobs and wrist id's.
Grocery stores, liquor store, shops restaurants, diving, fishing charter are all close.

Why this property? Number 1 reason is the balcony size and view and the view from the ocean side pool. Number 2 reason is the location to everything from shops, groceries, liquor, dive shops, sport fishing or back water charters.
