We have owned and rented this property for 20 years and have been coming to Seagulls Condominiums for over 40 years. The condo bathrooms and bedrooms have just been updated and the entire building has just finished a major upgrading and painting. If my pics don't import from vrbo 49422, then you can just view them there. Heated swimming pool with ocean view, new workout room, tiki huts on the beach with grills. kayaking rental nearby that will drop off at Seagulls.
There is exclusive, shaded parking for 2 cars under the building (#11)
HOA Prearrival form needs to be filled out prior to coming so you will have working key fobs and wrist id's.
Grocery stores, liquor store, shops restaurants, diving, fishing charter are all close. There is a one week minimum and a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Prime season which is January through March.
Unique Benefits
The entire condo building exterior has been remodeled and repainted. The workout room and game room for the kids is all brand new. Our condo bathrooms are brand new.

About the owner: I manage our commercial and residential real estate and my wife is a nurse. We have been coming to Seagull Condominiums for over 40 years and have owned and rented this cond for 20 years
Why this property? Number 1 reason is the balcony size and view and the view from the ocean side pool. Number 2 reason is the location to everything from shops, groceries, liquor, dive shops, sport fishing or back water charters.

Yes. There are two elevators
Is there security?
Yes the premises are gated with cameras in the common areas. Key fobs or codes are needed to enter the parking, lobby, and amenities such as the pool, workout room, social and game rooms.
Is there fishing on the beach?
Yes you can fish from the shore or rent a kayak nearby and they will deliver to you.

Classic art deco style building which was fully remodeled both inside and out. The owners are very responsible and have been doing this a long time.
