Gated community makes it a perfect getaway for a family for 4 but sleeps 6 to accommodate any short term visitors. Inside our home, you will find all the amenities for an enjoyable stay, a master bedroom with a king size bed with a sitting area. Bathrooms have shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. Walk in closet. Second bedroom has a pull out bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Plantation shutters throughout the apartment to open and enjoy the view. We stayed at Plantation By the Sea Apartments, Atlantic Ocean Front, last July and had a very good experience overall. The apartment was nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was always available, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything during our stay.One of our favorite parts was the gym facing the ocean view — it really made exercising more enjoyable and motivating. The clubhouse was also beautiful with large ocean view windows, clean and spacious, with a pool table, ping pong table, and plenty of room to relax or enjoy board games while taking in the ocean view. The amenities and atmosphere made the stay feel very relaxing and enjoyable.The only downside during our stay was that after the first couple of weeks, there was a large amount of seasonal sargassum seaweed in the area. The smell became very strong at times, and unfortunately we weren’t able to fish from the pier because of it. Of course, this is a natural seasonal issue and not the host’s fault, but it may be helpful for future guests to know.Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing property with beautiful views, great amenities, and a responsive host.Thank you Claudia we had a wonderful time!

Mary J.Totally Remodeled Oceanside Condo with Great Amenities
The location of this Complex was perfect for our stay this last January. We were able to visit Founder's Park (Half mile walk) almost daily, for pickleball, volleyball, long walks/running on the exercise paths, and beach area. The Condo itself has all been recently remodeled and was perfect for our family of five. We had a couple of questions upon arrival and Claudia, the owner, got back to us immediately. The Plantation of the Sea Complex has great amenities, including a workout room, game room (pool and ping pong tables), kitchenette, restrooms, sauna, a long pier, and a heated pool including plenty of lounge chairs to lay out in the sun and take in the amazing ocean views. We had a great stay....and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Apartment was rented long term after COVID. If you look at VRBO you will see prior reviews which are all excellent.
