Gated community makes it a perfect getaway for a family for 4 but sleeps 6 to accommodate any short term visitors. Inside our home, you will find all the amenities for an enjoyable stay, a master bedroom with a king size bed with a sitting area. Bathrooms have shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. Walk in closet. Second bedroom has a pull out bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Plantation shutters throughout the apartment to open and enjoy the view. Living room & dining room comfortable for a family of 6. We would love for you to be our guest for your next unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Florida Keys.
The apartment has all the comforts of a home. Cover parking and plenty of visitor parking. The building is secure! Gated.
Walk on the long pier, fish, watch the sunset or the sunrise. Sunbathe or simply read a book.

About the host: I am a working mom with twins who are away at college, both out of the State of Florida, a Professional, with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Purchased the Apartment with the hopes of having more time to enjoy my time at the keys. With two daughters and a busy schedule, it became less and less feasible. When my tenant relocated, I decided to upgrade the apartment and add beautiful flooring throughout the Apartment, (no Carpets), bathroom and kitchen upgrades. The apartment has a more modern field. I hope to continue to make changes. The apartment is truly located in a piece of paradise, the view, and the serenity is priceless! The apartment has all the essentials for an amazing stay in the Florida Keys. The Apartment has a lot of natural light during the day, and on the outside, the unit is secure with great amenities. I am very responsive and have a cleaning staff available to assist with any cleaning needs, as well as a handyman.
Born in Long Island, New York but grew up in Miami since I was 9 years old. Prior to owning a place in the keys, i rented at the keys all the time. My girls and I grew up around boating, snorkeling, and i am certified diver.

Why this property? A beautiful unit in the Florida Keys, closed to all the best restaurants. Located on the Ocean Side! Snorkeling, boating, fishing, and relaxation is all within minutes away. For fishing, we have a beautiful pier.

Apartment was rented long term after COVID. If you look at VRBO you will see prior reviews which are all excellent.
