There is a king sized bed in the master, two full size beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You do not want to miss out on this beauty for your family vacation OR your winter retreat Snowbirds! The view from the 13th floor is anything but unlucky! Beach service will be offered in 2024!
Regency Towers has something for the entire family. You will enjoy the two full size pools (one of which is seasonally heated). There is a poolside tiki bar, fitness room and indoor hot tub. Regency Towers is a gated community with 24 hour security.
Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive (the East end of the beach). This end of the beach is considered to be quieter and have less traffic. If you stay at the Regency, we recommend that you take a trip to St. Andrews State Park. The park is only 1.4 miles away, and features a boat ramp, great fishing spots, and the best snorkeling site.

Brett W.Superb! Beautifully decorated condo.
It was a great place to see the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Condo had nice coastal furnishings and very clean. The brand new washer and dryer truly was the Cherry on top! Great condo!

This is a VERY nice unit (exactly like the pictures). Kitchen needed a few things such as mixing bowls, drink pitcher etc. Nothing too major. The property is very well maintained, and has fun activities for the family. Carol is very easy to work with, she answers all questions quickly and keeps you very well informed and up to date so there is no confusion on what you need to do.I will absolutely rent with Carol and at Regency Towers again!!

Unit looks like the pictures, which is always a plus. Carol was very easy to work with and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Had a couple of cleaning issues (dirty plate in cabinet and refrigerator being dirty), none of Carol's fault, and you have to wash your towels before departing. I've never stayed in a place where we had to wash towels and have them dried or in the dryer when leaving. I wasn't crazy about that due to that I would think that would be part of the cleaning fee. There isn't a separate dedicated Wifyi like it says in the description. Use the one that's for the complex itself. Never had any issues with it but we were confused as to what it was before we found this out. Password is located by the elevators and in the office where you have to pay for the parking fee. Check in was at 5:00 CST and check out was at 9:00 CST but it doesn't tell you those times until you get the final email with code/etc after you book the room. Maybe it's covid related and will change back to 3:00/4:00 and 10:00 like it states when you get the initial contract. The two pools and decks were very nice and it was very nice to have more than one way to get to the beach. Would use Carol's services again but will know to ask more information up front when inquiring about a place.
