This bright airy condominium is the perfect home away from home. Its features cozy carpeting in the two bedrooms, wood flooring in the livingroom/dining area, and tile in both bathrooms and the kitchen. The living room includes a flat screen tv, lots of comfortable seating, access to a large balcony, and a beautiful dining set with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a stylish breakfast bar with additional seating for dining. There you will also find a washer and dryer for your convenience. A king sized bed, flat screen tv, large closet, en-suite bathroom, and balcony access highlight the master bedroom. The second bedroom also features a small flat screen tv , a queen and a twin sized beds. We are unique and almost the only location with 24 hour on-site management. It is located in a secure, well kept building situated on the beautiful white sand beaches and clear tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico. During your stay enjoy the heated pool, private beach access, shuffle board court, and 3 gas barbeque grilles located in the commons area. We offer weekly & multiple week rentals. Join us for your vacation on beautiful Madeira Beach, Florida. Enjoy the comfort of your choice of one of our condo's and relax on the gorgeous white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our condominium building is located right on the beach with private access exclusively for our guests! We are a friendly 30 unit building with key entry and on-site management. We are 4 blocks from where the intercoastal waterway empties into the Gulf of Mexico. The village of John's Pass is a short walk away and offers great restaurants, interesting shops, deep sea fishing, dolphin tours and dinner cruises. We are close to several grocery stores and less than 15 minutes from the mall.
Your vacation spot is situated between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete on the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing sunsets and beautiful tropical water. Close to Bush Gardens Tampa, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and the Dali art museum. A very comfortable drive to Orlando is a great way to spend a day at attractions like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Legoland.

Excellent! We made a last minute decision to go to florida ! Although the condo we stayed in was not gulf front, had a great view! Not fancy, but perfect for us! Mary even gave us coffee(which we had forgotten on our grocery list). Would definettly stay again.

The location was great. Parking very easy and bldg had about w0 units. Bldg kept up very well. Managers on site and responded immediately to concerns. Unit 102 was very nice.it had a great recliner. Could walk to John's pass.would highly recommend this condo.

Collwood was a great place to stay. The management was wonderful and the place was perfectly located for all the things we came for. Beautiful beach, nice relaxing pool, clean and friendly place to stay with everything we needed and great location for walking to John's Pass and good restaurants. Definitely are hoping to be back next year!

We found the condo to be everything that was stated in the ad and more! The unit was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was supplied with everything that was needed! The beach was great for walking! The area was fantastic as we could walk to restaurants for meals! We loved it so much that we came back to a different unit 2 weeks later. We found that unit to also be everything it was advertised as! Great onsite management! We will be back!

Enjoy the beach view...easy access to the floors with an elevator...Mary the manager does it all for very kind and easy when you check in. The yellow buttery living /dining room has it all...the beautiful blue master is so darling..with the sliding doors...leave them open and hear the music of the ocean .. the master bathroom is great.. 2nd bedroom is cute...and another bathroom..you must rent this condo and be happy

We stayed in the Collwood condo 304 for the most wonderful 3 nights that we have ever had in any other condo or location. John and Mary were very accommodating to our every need and made our time more like being At home with family. The beach is not crowded and they provide both beach chairs and lounge chairs for the beach at no extra charge. All the added touches like pool, bathrooms at beach/pool, corn hole, porch swing, picnic tables and grills made this the most comfortable and amazing trip that we have ever had. We will be back for sure
