Nathan F.Excellent communication from the host. The condo is very clean, has nice finishes and an excellent gulf view from the balcony. Included with the unit are several beach chairs, a very nice beach umbrella, beach toys, a small hard-side cooler and several beach towels for use. The property is within walking distance of a few great restaurants - The Reef and Dockside Dave’s just across the street and Caddy’s an easy 5 minute walk. Publix was a 3-4 minute drive from the property. Wal-Mart an additional few minutes down the road. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this unit again.

Angel H.This property is beautiful with large rooms and great decor. The balcony was extremely nice and a great place to relax and watch the sunsets. The location is very convenient with 2 restaurants across the street. We enjoyed eating at Dockside Daves. The condo came with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Beach towels were also provided. The place is close to John Pass and Indian Rock Beach and both have great places to eat. The people staying there were very friendly and nice. It is a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

The view of the Gulf from the kitchen, living room and balcony absolutely stunning. From sunrise to sunset the private oceanfront balcony was relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. The condo is absolutely beautiful.A plus all the beach accessories available for us to use during our stay (beach chairs, rafts, umbrella and much more). STEPS from condo to beach access.The pool was a plus, very clean and well maintained. The pool attendant was a very friendly and nice gentleman.The host is very responsive and all communications are very detailed.We would definitely stay again.
