There is a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and a second smaller bedroom with two twin beds.
Two full bathrooms - one with tub/shower and one with stand-up shower.
House is constantly being up dated. Most recently with new flooring throughout, new master bath and second bath, new window treatments and refinished pool.
High Def TV's in both bedrooms.
Walk to the Gulf Beach!!!

Why this property? I don't know exactly why, but most tenants start looking to buy homes in the neighborhood after staying at this house. Actually, 3 families have. We have had repeat tenants for 15 years.

Enjoyed everything about this house! Great location, close to everything. Quick walk to beach and restaurants, short drive to John's Pass for more restaurants/bars and shopping. Great fishing off the dock and saw a manatee! Clean home with everything you will need including friendly neighbors! Pete is a gracious host, easy and quick to get in touch with. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic location, great owner! Pete makes you feel right at home. This was our second time staying at Pete's place. The pool was perfect for us. The bed is comfortable, kitchen is nicely stocked, lots of towels and everything you need when driving in or flying in! Great location. Near the main roadways but far enough away to enjoy the privacy. We will return!

The accommodations were perfect for us. The unit was clean and had all the conveniences for our stay. The beach view was awesome and we saw many beautiful sunsets. I would recommend this location to others who are looking for a little getaway.
