This 940 square foot property was recently renovated and is located directly on the pristine white sandy beach of Madeira Beach directly across the street from the famous John's Pass Boardwalk!!!
The Madeira Norte condo is located on the second floor and has an open floor plan concept with ample seating in the living area making it ideal for watching television or playing board games. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a partial ocean and swimming pool view. The large and nicely decorated Master Bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen television. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin with a flat screen television with plenty of space for your belongings. The unit also has a sleeper sofa in the family room. The large private balcony has privileges from both the living room and master bedroom with views of the Gulf and John's Pass. The bathrooms were recently renovated, with linens, extra towels and pillows being provided for the comfort of our guests. The new full-size kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances as is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, and pots/pans. The unit also comes with a washer & dryer for your use. In addition, the condo has comfortable furnishings with free internet, and long distance calls to North America. Beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the pool area and beach.
The location of this vacation property is especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all, the condo is located right across the street from this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Deposits: To be collected by the management company. A $300 prepayment deposit is required upon booking. The full and final balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Booking Procedure - Provide me with your full mailing address, email, and phone number for the time that you would like to stay. I will then block off this time with my management company at the quoted rate. I will follow up with an email giving you further booking instructions (phone number of management company) to finalize things with them. A confirmation email will follow. My management company is located a few buildings over at Beach Place Rentals 12901 Gulf Lane Suite 100 and that is where you will go to check in and pick up your keys upon arrival.

Unfortunately due to Covid and the closure of the US/Canada land border we were unable to travel to Florida and stay at the condo. However all contacts with the owner was always courteous and very accommodating. Hopefully after the vaccination program we will visit againIrene and Terry Niagara Falls Ontario Canada

True paradise, total relaxation, amazing view
We live only 25 minutes away, but wanted a beach vacation. This place was close to John's Pass, grocery, and excellent restaurants. We were so excited the moment we opened the door and saw our view. The place was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach is literally steps out the back door. We were happy to see a large balcony - that is where we would watch the sunsets and sit until almost midnight every night just listening to the lapping waves and look for shooting stars. Even though we live nearby we felt like we were a million miles away. The beach was beautiful - soft white sand. Everything and more than we were hoping for and would like to make this place a Father's Day week tradition!
