Steps to famous Johns Pass, this 2 bedroom 2 bath bungalow is equipped with all the luxuries of home. You'll find everything you need during your stay. We provide beach chairs and towels, starter toiletries such as shampoo and body wash. The kitchen is stocked with an instapot, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee machine, on site washer and dryer, brand new grill and so much more!
French doors off the living and dining room open onto a spacious semi private paver deck with a gorgeous view. The back yard is shared with the adjoining unit.
Step out to your own patio with table and chairs and gas grill or wander down to the dock where you can tie up your boat (by prior reservation), fish, watch the dolphins and manatees or just relax. Our guests often enjoy hours of fishing from the dock catching spanish mackerel, red snapper, sheepshead, and the tough to catch snook.
Our vacation spot is perfect for those wanting a peaceful, relaxing time at home, yet the activities of John's Pass are only a block away. The beautiful gulf beaches are just 2 blocks further via the Gulf Blvd. underpass.
Johns Pass, a quaint turn of the century fishing village with its famous boardwalk, is home to "unique" retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, parasailing, and jet skiing tours. We are only a short walk from the famous Madeira and Treasure Island Beaches with miles of sand. Enjoy the stroll to Madeira Beach to watch the sunset and perhaps catch the Green Flash. An evening stroll on Treasure Island beach will find you walking next to large flocks of sleeping terns, gulls, skimmers, and shore birds.
Our guests refer to it as a tropical oasis.
UNIT A and UNIT B may be rented by larger families. It sleeps 12 if both sides are rented. Message for inquires regarding details.

About the owner: I am a general contractor and Superhost on several platforms. Love the Gulf Coast and live locally so I can assist with any reccommendations you need. I have lived in the area for 35 years.
Why this property? I love this property because it is so close to the beaches and Johns Pass. You can park your vehicle or have an uber drop you from the airport and not ever have to get in your vehicle during your stay. The manatees and dolphins love the warmer waters of the cove in the backayard. We are on a quiet deadend road so a quaint quiet neghborhood awaits you.

This adorably decorated duplex was the perfect place for our girls weekend. So close to everything and plenty of room for everyone. The place was not only stylish but very comfortable and felt like a home away from home! Will definitely be back!

Myself and a girlfriend stayed for a week in April. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need…fully furnished kitchen, throws, beach and bath towels and beach chairs…the intercoastal wildlife was abundant.. from manatees and dolphins to the cranes… Gretchen was on site..but not intrusive…one minor issue with the shower drains was rectified quickly… I would highly recommend this gem of a get away stay to anyone!

This is an exceptional Villa in Madeira Beach, 5 minute walk to John's Pass, 10 minute walk to the Beach. it is beautifully furnished, and landscaped, with great fishing off the pier. Our host( Gretchen) is great, will take care of anything you might need
