KeriThis condo was absolutely perfect for our girls trip! We had plenty of room, beds were comfortable. Everything was what is listed. And the VIEW!! Absolutely beautiful! Very easy to get to the beach from this unit and great restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

MartinThe apartment was as described and well presented and contained everything you’d need with lots of beach items including chairs, parasols and toys. The beach is just across the road and a must to see the sunsets. Didn’t get chance to use the pool but this was clean and well maintained. Johns Pass is a half hour walk along the beach, 5 mins by car, where there’s plenty of shops, restaurants, boat trips , jet ski hire etc.

JillThis was our fourth year staying here, and in years past I would have given five stars. This year was a little different. There were only three bath towels and two hands towels between the two bathrooms which weren’t enough for two people for eight days. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no spare rolls. My major complaint is the floors. They were extremely dirty. We usually take our shoes off upon entering, but we had to keep them on as our feet got very dirty walking around barefoot. We enjoyed our stay other than these two issues.

JohnWe had a great time! The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, a relaxing and laid back beach vibe, and beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Our daughter loved the pool and the location was perfect. Situated near John’s Pass, the Fruit Float Cafe, as well as many other restaurants. We loved our stay here and would love to visit again in the future!

MecheleHost was VERY responsive. Main bath exhaust fan wasn't working and she offered to have that fixed asap. Main bedroom dresser needs to be replaced. Hard to open drawers and a knob was missing. Only other thing was the bath faucets. You had to really control turning on and off or it would shoot all over. Overall a great stay! loved the balcony. Very comfy place. Would return.

JosephThis unit is fantastic. The location is key, and you get a great view of the gulf being across the street. This is because it’s near the main lot for Madeira Beach. Our family of 4 had a great time. You are central to everything from St Pete beach all the way up to Clearwater. We will certainly stay here again if the opportunity lines up.

TheresaThe condo met most if not all of my expectations. Beautifully updated unit with an open floor plan. Comfortable beds. The kitchen was completely stocked with pots, pans and 3 coffee makers! Plenty of linens and extra blankets too. We loved the location. Directly across from the beach. Close to local restaurants and Candy Kitchen! We will definitely stay here again.

DenisePositive: We really enjoyed our stay here! Prior to stay the hosts were very responsive to my questions and they checked on us during the stay. I'm sure if there was a problem they would have addressed it quickly. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The pool was nice. The beach was right across the street with a crosswalk directly in front of the building. It is very conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores as well.

Kelley B.Spring Break 2025 with 2 high school seniors. Probably not the social experience they were hoping for, as we had no car and not much was open within an easy walking distance. The community is clearly still reeling from Milton last fall. It was a very peaceful and relaxing Spring Break for Mom and Dad, however. With the parking lot across the street closed off during our stay, access to the beach wasn’t as easy as we’d hoped, but otherwise it was a great stay. The condo had everything we needed, and was well represented in photos.
