The perfect beach workcation! My husband, my brother visiting from New York, and I traveled from Gainesville, Georgia, and we could not have been more comfortable. The home was incredibly clean, beyond cozy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.It was also such a treat to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart provided—everything we needed for an easy beach day!I loved having two pools to enjoy, my husband loved fishing from the several docks, and my brother enjoyed being within walking distance of local restaurants and pubs. There was some construction happening nearby, but it didn’t interfere with our vacation at all.Working remotely from the home was wonderful—looking out at the calm water and boats during our meetings made it even better. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

The condo we stayed in was perfect! Very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Only comment is maybe there could be more info on how to use the remotes on the TV. We were actually in 247F.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Very well stocked. We walked to the beach a few times. Close to both Clearwater and St.Pete. Great location. Would rent again. Thanks for a nice vacation!

Unfortunately my trip started with a bit of a problem. I rented from the owner of 165G. She threw me out because I needed help resetting the TV. Needless to say I found myself in a very difficult situation. With no car and no reservation for an additional 18 days. But your staff at the front desk saved me and helped me find another unit. Oddly enough in the same building that shared a common wall 165H. It was difficult to move as I am disabled but managed to move out and into the new unit. Your staff was very helpful and I had a wonderful trip. I have stayed at the yacht club before and will again. Great location. Grounds impeccable. Other residents and guests very nice and friendly.
