The Holiday Villas III board of directors has informed us Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project beginning in late 2023 through the end of 2024. This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas III the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting.

While your unit stack section is being worked on you may not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. There may be noise during working hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm) and with parking adjustments during your stay. The pool will remain open during much of the construction process as will all other access to our amenities.
