Area Information

Madeira Beach is the stretch of Gulf coast that still feels like Old Florida — three miles of powder-white sand, working fishing boats, and sunsets that empty the restaurants onto the seawall every evening. It's a real town rather than a resort strip: a Publix run, a walk to the water, and a pickleball game all fit into the same afternoon.

Our building sits on the water three blocks from the Gulf, with a heated pool and spa overlooking the canal and tennis and pickleball courts on site. Step out the front and you're at the beach in a few minutes on flat ground — no highway to cross, no shuttle, no parking hunt. Step out the back and you're watching boats work their way toward John's Pass.

The location is genuinely central for the whole Pinellas beach chain. Sushi at Pete's or Grouper Piccata at Mario's is a 5 min. walk to the corner, and afterwards you can catch some live music at the Saltwater Hippie. John's Pass Village is just up the road, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach are a short drive south, and Clearwater Beach is a straightforward run north. Bay Pines VA is 1.5 miles away, downtown St. Petersburg's museum and restaurant district is about 30 minutes, and Tampa International is roughly 45 minutes — close enough for easy arrivals, far enough that you never hear it.

Winter here is the reason people come: high 60s to mid 70s, low humidity, and long, bright days.
