Large lanai with birdcage- 4 person jacuzzi at side. Large tv's in living room, master, lanai. 32' tv,s in 2nd room and den. all rooms with dvd's. Desk in den for work station as need. 6 chair dining table available for meals. Kitchen with all new cabinets, countertops, appliances, kitchen wares.
Beautiful landscaping. House backs to nature preserve so no neighbors behind. It is so serene sitting in the jacuzzi in afternoon or dusk listening to the eagles chirp in nearby trees. Egrets frequently walk the area behind the house.
Home comes with 1 car garage and electric golf cart for use.

About the owner: My husband, Earl and I are both home health nurses in Douglasville, Georgia. We have been married for 33 years and ended up making a pretty good team. He's the brawn and I'm the organizer.
We have 3 grown children, had our first grandchild in 12/18 and got our new baby sheltie in 12/18. We love shelties. Hopefully, in the next few years we will retire and get to come to one of our homes in the The Villages.

Why this property? In 2017 we came to the Villages for a vacation and fell in love with the squares, landscaped surroundings, sports and programs available. We purchased our first home in El Cortez Subdivision, renovated it and put it up for rent thru the winter months. We had such sweet renters and good reviews that when another opportunity came available, we decided to do it again. We love coming down for the weather, to see our homes, which now we consider our babies.
We decorated the homes as "homes" not rental properties. A place we would like to stay.

Awesome house to vacation in

This pet-friendly house on Chaparral Drive has been tastefully renovated and decorated. It is stocked with nearly everything one could want in a vacation rental — golf cart, gas grill, 2 spacious bedrooms, a den with a sofa bed, open concept kitchen, dining and family rooms, a lanai with an adjoining birdcage with a hot tub/jacuzzi. Large tv’s in gathering areas and tv’s in every bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and well maintained. Located a few minutes drive to Spanish Springs, mailboxes, rec centers, and golf courses. We and our two pets very much enjoyed our 2-month stay!
