CANCELLATION POLICY:
2.B. CANCELLATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT: All cancellations needs to be in writing.
Should tenant cancel 61 days or more prior to the first day of rental period, reservation Down payment is refundable minus a $200 administration fee for daily or weekly stay. Or $400 administration fee monthly stay
In case of changes of original reservation dates to new available arrival departure date 61 + days before arrival requested by the tenant, an administered fee of $100 will be charged, which becomes due at the time of receipt of the new written reservation confirmation with new available arrival-departure dates.
C. Should tenant cancel 60 days or less prior to the first day of the rental period, the rental deposit of as stated in 2A Is forfeited, but other rental payment if any should be returned. Should tenant cancel 30 days or less prior to the first day of the rental period, the total rental amount becomes due/forfeited, unless the property could be re-rented to another party for the same rental period and price, in this case only the rental deposit as stated in 2A is forfeited.
D. Visit America/Agent reserve the right to substitute the rented accommodation to a similar and or a upgraded accommodation
at any circumstances, that may occur and that are beyond our control.
travel insurance are recommended that will cover loss for flight ticket, luggage, accommodation, etc.
The customer have read and agreed to our cancellation policy.

Electric charge are not added on to the published rental rates.
You read the electric meter yourself at your arrival and at departure
and pay for your own electric usage when you checking out.
We pay electric company $0.16 per KW-Hour, Our guests receive an electric allowance of 15% off
and guests pay $0.13 KW-hour

This home is amazing. Right on the water and handy for shops and restaurants. The view from the deck (or even bedroom!) is stunning. Clean and has everything you need except maybe a kettle for tea drinkers. Will be back again for a third time.

First off I was pleased with ease of booking and Yvonne was helpful and informative . When we arrived everything was as it was described (it actually looked better than the pictures showed) and very clean. Their representative Ron (captain Ron) was there to greet us and was also very informative and knowledgeable of the area as far as things to do and places to eat by land and sea. Ron was helpful with the boat we also rented with the house and showed us how everything worked .Over all Yvonne, Hester and Ron were great to deal with. Would rent from them again .
