With over 2500 square feet of decking, pergolas & covered porch, not next to public access ... the entire property including the beach side is fenced & gated. Extensive Deck Furnishings ... surrounded by flowering dunes, this beach-front home has a unique "Tropical System".
Beach Chairs/Umbrellas (seasonal/weather permitting) includes Canvas Large Umbrellas / Lounge Chairs. Sandy BEACH PAVILION with sand toys (not guaranteed) ...spread out on private beach & enjoy!
Enjoy coming in off the beach and taking a private HOT SHOWER outside, clothes hanging pegs, sitting bench, removable shower head; all enclosed.
The Studio Suite is connected to the Main House; is self-contained with small kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area and opens up to the Street Side of the house... perfect for Grandparents, In Laws or Teenagers and private for Newly Weds.

Deduct $500 off Weekly Rate for LIMITED GROUP RATE of 1-4 individual named Persons as Maximum Usage & Capacity or OCCUPANCY, (available most weeks & seasons). This is a discounted rate offered with usage of Main House with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (the 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom is a Studio Suite and locked off not to be used by another group).
For additional individual named person usage of private property over the Weekly Group Rate or the Limited Group Rate, obtain permission and ADD $250 PER PERSON FEE (ask Owner).
Daily Rates are not pro-rated & may not be available; add surcharge for less than 1 week rental + Departure Clean.
Monthly rates are not available (specify # weeks desired).
Rates are based on Saturday as usual Check-in / Check-out day of the week; add surcharge +Clean for alternate check in/out days.
Add Security Deposit of $500 which is not a fee nor taxable; refundable within 2 weeks departure date.
All fees & rents are taxable at current rate applicable for time period of occupancy.
Beach Umbrellas/Lounge Chairs (seasonal/weather permitting) includes Canvas Large Umbrellas / Lounge Chairs.
OWNER MAINTAINS PRIVATE RESIDENCE ON PROPERTY with anytime maintenance, insures total privacy & security.

Why this property? When I left northern California and the beauty of homes directly overlooking the Pacific Ocean, I had a place in my mind where I could always visit and reach a point of total peacefulness. When I accidentally drove up to Blue Mountain Fantasy, I saw a "for sale" sign. I fell in love and knew it was to be mine forever. I thought it was de ja vue overlooking this big blue body of water with pure white sand. There was a home for me and my special place of relaxation for life! I wish to share the joy it brings to me!

The gatherings with coffee on the decks of Blue Mountain Fantasy are the best of times watching the sun rise out of the Gulf waters every morning with amazing gardens. The kitchen is well-stocked with Gas Grill close-by, a perfect place under roofed porch to gather at the Bar and Dining areas preparing for sunset on the Gulf with friends and family at the end of our day. The house was extremely comfortable and well-laid out all on 1 floor for our 8 person group. Big bonus was the wonderful Hosts ready to insure our best carefree vacation with complimentary Beach Setups daily at the waters’ edge.
The house we stayed in was very, very nice.
Very clean, very private, filled with necessities you may forget to bring.
The house is located in a very quiet area, yet within a couple miles of everything you would want. We definitely plan on returning.
I shared my 10th Anniversary in an amazing home right on the Gulf of Mexico. The peace and solitude were wonderful. It compliments the private beach and decks for a great setting. The house is well stocked with all I could imagine I would need for a perfect Florida beach house unimaginably comfortable with plenty of room and very spacious. The location is perfect for the privacy and convenient to all the great restaurants and shopping along 30A. I will be back next time with my entire family.
This is a beautiful beach, maybe THE most beautiful of the sugar sand beaches. The house affords fine views of the private beach and the water. The house is meticulously maintained with good views from the main room and master bedrooms of the sand and water. It’s ancimfortable house, not a fashionable one — in other words, perfect for a relaxed and casual vacation. Sherry and her husband are so helpful and so friendly, yet unobtrusive. It was a pleasure to meet them and they did many little tasks that helped us enjoy our stay. We will long enjoy our Blue Mountain memories and hope to return some day. PS The galley kitchen is very small. This is a great excuse not to cook. Bring in food to heat or go out for meals. Six of us managed just fine. To compensate there’s a huge record collection of wonderful music. Enjoy!
This rental went through a sale From time we made reservation and time we stayed here. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 boys, age 14 and 7 and our 2 dogs. We had a fantastic time! The home was very nice and had pretty much everything you might need. The home was very clean and the view was gorgeous. Much quiter, family friendly beach which was exactly what we were looking for. Would love to stay here again in the future; however with new ownership, I don’t believe pets will be allowed which will unfortunately force us to look for a different vacation rental. Highly recommend this home for you family vacation!
