'Ocean Season' is the ultimate in luxury beach house living! Located in Crystal Shores neighborhood, known for it's upscale casual beach living. The huge master bedroom on the second floor has a KING bed and daybed with trundle (perfect for parents and 2 kids), It opens to the large second floor porch with 2 sets of french doors. The master bath is all white carrera marble, huge top of the line jacuzzi ultratub, separate walk in shower with rainhead nozzle. Sleeps 4.

The second QUEEN bedroom is on the first floor and has it's own full bathroom with beautiful mosaic tile shower and Vessel Handmade custom sink. Sleeps 2.

Third bedroom is located on the second floor, it has a KING bed and an ensuite bathroom. It features french doors that open to the second floor porch overlooking the pool. Sleeps 2.

The fourth bedroom has two TWIN beds. The third and fourth bedroom share a full bath with vessel handmade custom sink & large tub with shower. Sleeps 2.

The fifth bedroom on the third floor is a large loft style area with bar and kitchenette and vaulted pine ceilings. The kitchenette has a sink and mini refrigerator. There is a KING bed and a Mitchell Gold pullout QUEEN sofa sleeper in the large room. The third floor has a large wraparound porch. The third floor bedroom has it's own full bathroom with shower. There is a table with 4 chairs in the third floor loft bedroom. Sleeps 4.



The gourmet kitchen features all white CARRERA MARBLE and top of the line appliances (six burner DACOR STOVE, BOSCH DISHWASHER, farmhouse sink). The 100 year old HEART PINE and Red Chicago Brick floors are truly beautiful. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8. Additional barstool seating at the bar for 2. There is a smaller table in the same room that sits 4. Total seating for 14.

The large open living area and spacious dining room open up to the private pool with large patio area complete with Natural Gas Grill and OUTDOOR KITCHEN. Each of the three floors has a covered porch. The private pool is 9 x 24 which includes the elevated water feature that flows into the main pool; The Crystal Shores neighborhood also has a community pool. There is a large deck and patio area surrounding the private pool with outdoor teak furniture and a dining table. There is a gate by the pool, walk out the gate, cross 98 and you are on the beach!

Pool Dimensions are approximately 24X9. Sitting area by pool is approximately 6X7.
