The neighborhood is right across the street from the Crab Trap beach access and restaurant! It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months and also comes with a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart. Get to the beach access in less than 1 minute on the golf cart, or in less than 5 minutes if you walk! Inside the community, is a large community pool with restrooms, tennis and basketball court, a gym, and a hot tub. This home is within 2 miles of several restaurants, a gas station, a large outdoor shopping mall (The Destin Commons), a Publix, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and much more.

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN:This kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a center island bar, with 7 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar is the dining room. Enjoy your family meals at this large, handmade table that seats 12 people. Not only can you see the Tv from this space, it also has a front-row view of the backyard and pool.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has 2 full-sized sofas and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55 inch, 4K, flat screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1:This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Located on the first floor, (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, accent chair, and a flat screen tv. It has its own spacious, private bathroom that is wheelchair friendly, with a stand-up shower.

BATHROOM #6(Half Bath): This bathroom is located on the first floor, off of the main hallway. All of the bathrooms in the home have custom, built-in cabinetry, with granite counter tops.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located downstairs, off of the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.



2ND FLOOR:



BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Up the stairs and to the right, you have bedroom number three. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom, with a stand-up shower. You will find that it has access to the balcony that runs the full length of the back of the home, overlooking the backyard, pool, and lake behind the house. This backyard balcony has a cozy outdoor loveseat and chair set, with a coffee table.

BEDROOM #4: This room is adjacent to bedroom #3, in the back of the house. But rather than calling this a bedroom, it would be more appropriate to call it a hangout zone! It has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 full size couch, 2 accent chairs, a flat screen tv, and access to the same balcony as bedroom #3, with lake views!

BEDROOM #5 (Bunk Room):This bunk bed room is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO twin-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat screen. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with bedroom #6.

JACK-AND-JILL (Bath #4): This spacious bathroom is shared between the bunk room (#5) and a king suite (#6). It has two vanities and a tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM #6: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, a flat screen tv, and access to the large balcony off of the front of the home! It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with the bunk room (#5).

BEDROOM #7 & BATHROOM #5: Adjacent to bedroom #6, this bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home. It has a large king-size canopy bed, dresser, 1 night stand, and flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with stand-up shower, and access to the front balcony.

BACKYARD: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private, salt water pool. The lush backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6. Plenty of lounge chairs, a hammock, and a gas grill. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
