1ST FLOOR:
KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. It has beautiful soft-grey colored cabinetry, and granite counter tops. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a 12-foot, counter-height bar with 8 bar stools.
DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, this dining room seats 12. Add that to the bar stools, and you can fit 20 people all together for a meal!
LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is right past the dining room and has 3 full-sized sofas! Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, HD flat screen.
BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the left when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.
BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: Go past the dinging and living room, and you’ll find this bedroom to the left. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.
BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3: Past bedroom #2, in the back of the house, you have bedroom number three. This extra-spacious bedroom is wheelchair friendly and has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a mounted flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom, with a large stand-up shower. Because of its size, this bedroom has extra floor space for an air mattress or a pack-n-play if needed. The icing on the cake is the French door access to the backyard and pool, just steps away.
BATHROOM #7 (HALF BATH): This bathroom is located in the hallway to the right when you walk in the house, next to the laundry room.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Located to the right, just inside the front door. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the bathroom linens stored here.
BACKYARD: This tropical and luscious, green backyard has a large 12×22 rectangle, salt-water pool. The pool also has a 6x6 tanning shelf that’s about 6 inches deep. It has an umbrella and can also double as a kiddy pool. There’s a covered table that seats 6, plenty of lounge chairs, 2 hammocks, a picnic table, and a gas grill. The pool can be heated in the winter months, and has colorful pool lights for night swimming.

2ND FLOOR:
BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #4: Up the stairs and to the left is bedroom #4. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.
BEDROOM #5: This room is adjacent to bedroom #4, in the back of the home. It doubles as a secondary upstairs living area. It has 1 full-over-full bunk bed, 1 full-sized sofa, 1 love-seat, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has open floor space for air mattresses or a pack-n-play. It also has access to the large backyard balcony, that has an outdoor dining set that seats 6.
BEDROOM #6(Bunk Room): This bunk bed room is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO full-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, 1 nightstand, and a mounted flat screen TV. It shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom #7.
JACK-AND-JILL (BATH #5): This spacious bathroom is shared between the bunk room (#6) and a king suite (#7). It has two sinks and a glassed-in tub/shower combination.
BEDROOM #7: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bunk room (#5). It also has access to the large balcony off the front of the home. This bedroom, and bedroom #8, are the two largest if you need to set up a pack-n-play.
