This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom/12th-floor/Beachfront condominium in the St. Maarten building offers more than 2,000 square feet of refined interior living space, complemented by 360 square feet of private balcony space showcasing sweeping Gulf views.

The residence features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, along with an open-concept living and dining area that includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The spacious primary suite is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and opens directly onto the private balcony, offering panoramic, million-dollar views. The ensuite bathroom is appointed with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.
