The Condo has a King Size Bedroom Suite. It also has a Bunk Room with Bath and a Commercial Queen Sleeper with thicker mattress and no bar in the back. The unit has a Washer & Dyer. It is 10 steps to the parking lot. It has ceramic tile floors for allergy control. The Pool is 5000 sq. feet with zero entry for small children and the physically challenged. Wi Fi equipped. 51' Plasma TV with HD programing. DVD players and TV's in all rooms.
It has a private beach area with 2 Free beach chairs and umbrella, one setup per day, March 1st. to Oct. 31st.

About the owner: I am a native of Chattanooga TN, My wife is a native of Brevard NC. We met attending the same church. We have 3 daughters. They gave us seven wonderful grand-Children, six girls and one spoiled boy. You will see some pictures of them in the condo. Our prayer is that each person who stays in our home away from home, will find the rest, relaxation and enjoyment you deserve.
Why this property? My Condo #202 is part of a small complex with 64 units. The pool area is very private and secure. It is landscaped beautifully with large pool deck area for relaxation and sun bathing. It has a heated spa whirlpool, to massage your body.

My husband and I have been coming to Miramar Beach for six years as snowbirds. We come in the middle of December till the middle of March We rented 202 Beach Resort this year and absolutely love it. It’s furnished beautifully and has everything you would need and very clean. The Best we’ve ever had !!! The owners are great to work with. We Hope and Pray our health let’s us return for many more years You definitely will love it here

Today is our last day in paradise and we are sad to leave! The condo is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you need. The condo and resort were one of the nicest we have ever stayed at and we would love to return. Thanks to Frank for sharing his home and making us feel comfortable. Location can’t be beat and the beach chair usage helped make the trip! It is a short walk to beach and the pool and grounds are beautiful and hot tub is a plus! We stayed in the condo for 5 weeks. It was clean , all the kitchen items you would ever want and the patio was an added benefit. The owner was great in our pre-rental communications . Kind and patient with the questions we had. Southern vacations who manage the condo, responded to our needs in a timely manner. The location is great. Would not think twice about staying there again.

Jami S.Clean Condo, Short Walk to Beach
Our stay in unit 202 was very comfortable. The condo was neat and clean. We love The Beach Resort and have stayed here on our Destin Vacation for 3 or 4 years now. The pool area is the best part. Unit 202 is right off the stairs and is very convenient. The walk to the private beach access is maybe 3 minutes, not bad at all. The resort is quiet and well maintained. The only issue we had was that we could have used more towels and wash cloths so as not to have to do as much laundry on vacation. There were 4 of us and only 6 wash cloths total I believe. Mr. Steil, the owner, was pleasant and great to deal with. We would stay here again.

The location was perfect and such an easy short walk to the beach, restaurants and souvenir shops. The decor of the condo is so "Beachy". And we loved being able to see the wonderful pool right outside the glass sliding door. We will visit again!!!!

John B.Beautiful condo with best pool on Miramar Beach
This was our second year renting this unit and we are booked for a third in 2021. It is nicely updated and decorated with a kitchen that is well stocked for cooking. It is located within walking distance of great restaurants in Miramar Beach outside of the crowded and high traffic area of Destin The pool area is the absolute best. Spacious and private. Frank and Martha are great to work with. This is a gem that requires only a walk across the road to reach the sugar sands of the beach.
