About the owner: This is our 5th vacation rental and I have been managing our properties for over 15 years and love what I do! I grew up close by in Pensacola. Our other homes are in Destin (4 blocks away), Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and currently building in Blowing Rock, NC right now also. We bought this land and custom designed this house to have no wasted space and great flow for large groups.
Why this property? Incredible amenities and location, location, location! Dozens of restaurants, shopping, and groceries all within a few minutes. Rooftop balcony, hot tub plus heated pool, pool table, and 8 King suites ALL with attached baths. Walk 3 - 4 minutes to beach at end of our street. Free chair service for 6 plus tons of beach supplies!

Frequently Asked Questions
How far is it to the beach?
A block and 2 houses, or about a 3-minute walk. We also provide the golf cart so you can take supplies to the beach.
Are there restaurants close by?
There are dozens of restaurants within a mile, plus the Destin Commons, Publix, Whole Foods, movie theater, etc.
Where do I fly into?
VPS is about 30 minutes, ECP is exactly an hour, and PNS is about an hour and 10 minutes' drive.

What an awesome house!! So much room, so much to do just at the house BESIDES swimming in the luxurious pool or relaxing in the hot tub while watching your favorite show or movie. We had the best time!! Exploring the top floor, playing pool, planning a bike or golf cart ride; not one boring minute. Just wonderful. Dealing directly with the friendliest owners is such a plus. I can’t say enough, you just have to see it!
