JennyWe loved our time in Destin. This property was close to the beach and in a great gated neighborhood. It is a beautiful home, and the view…… talk about breathtaking. We loved waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing in on the sand. We took advantage of the heated pool and spa. It was a beautiful vacation. David, the host was great with communication and easy to work with. We would stay again!

Kresta V.We stayed at this beautiful home for an extended family vacation. The location and amenities were perfect for our group. We had a member with mobility challenges, so the elevator and paved access to the ramp to the beach ensured everyone could participate in beach time. The kitchen is well appointed with complete cooking and baking sets, toaster, blender, and more making meal prep easy. The bed linens and towels are high quality, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms (wall mounted fan in the bunk room). Everyone's favorite aspect are the amazing ocean views from the balconies and windows on every floor.

He met us at the house right at check in and gave us a detailed tour-showing us how to use the sound system, the lighting and answered any questions we had. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for our large group. Comfortable beds, nice linens, very clean, easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. David was always quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to our stay and while we were there. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
