This home sits just two blocks north of the Barracuda Beach Access in Destin, which you can easily reach on foot. Then again, why walk when you can ride in your personal six-seater golf cart? Feel the warm breeze against your face as you arrive for a day of swimming and beachcombing. When you come back, you'll be greeted by an airy living space that spans two levels, offering central air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and white shiplap walls that add both character and style. The kitchen/cooking space is just perfect for family dinner nights with all stainless steel appliances sure to delight the chef in your group. Don't worry, the kitchen is fully stocked too...

At the heart of the ground floor is a living room with two sofas and a TV. It opens to a farm-style dining table on one side and a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash, and a peninsula breakfast bar on the other. Pass through the French doors to reach the terrace out back, where you'll find the private pool, the hot tub, a fleet of lounge chairs, and a covered patio with ample seating and a gas grill. It's a beautiful spot to end each day before retiring to one of the six bedrooms, each of which has its own en suite bathroom and TV. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor (including one with direct patio access) and four more upstairs (including two with direct access to a balcony overlooking the pool).

Pool Heat: From October 1st-May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100/Day or $700/Week. The pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Margarita Machine Rental - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, or any other type of gathering.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

* PETS: Please note, for the safety of the owner with severe allergies, this home is a strict no pet, non-pet friendly home, no exceptions.

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Peak Summer Months.
