Policies

• Primary renter must be 25 years or older
• No parties or events

• Please avoid red wine or heavily dyed beverages on furniture

HOA Regulations

• No trailers, boats, or moving trucks permitted
• Parking limited to two vehicles in the driveway
• No street parking between midnight and 5:00 AM
• No overflow parking available
• Sidewalks may not be blocked
