Located on the 19th floor of the East Tower in Calypso Resort & Towers; which is the most sought after resort in Panama City Beach, 1906E is professionally decorated beach front condo with modern amenities- high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and all 3 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens; and a private balcony illuminating the breath-taking views from both the master suite and main living area. The total square footage for this unit is 1,372 sq ft.
The living area of our Calypso Resort vacation rental is spacious with custom furnishings and artwork, as well as providing modern amenities like a flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living area is a formal dining table and wet bar.
The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and white appliances. The bar counter is a perfect size for breakfast, afternoon snacks or cocktail hour. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, dinnerware, cooking pots and pans.
The master suite is complete with a king size bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and en suite bath. Designed for relaxation, the colors are reflected directly from the panoramic view of the Gulf and sand of your private balcony.
There are two guest bedrooms within this deluxe beach front condo unit. The first guest bedroom is dawned with a tranquil touch of color with a king size bed, dresser, flat screen TV and DVD player. The second guest bedroom is fun and brightly decorated with a bunk bed that has a full size mattress on the bottom and twin size on the top bunk, dresser and flat screen TV and DVD player. This is a perfect arrangement for children, teens, or any additional guests who may be traveling with you.

** There is general parking across the street in the north parking garage as well. The HOA charges $20/vehicle/reservation for regular season. Please call office regarding monthly rental rates. You will be sent an email with a link to register your car(s) a couple weeks prior to your arrival. During the peak season, we rent this unit Saturday to Saturday, unless the unit is still available about three weeks prior to the arrival date. It is not necessary to stay the entire week, but the rental rates and periods are for the week itself.
Payment Policy:
We have a two-payment plan for your convenience, where 50% of the total due is due within 7 days of booking, along with your signed contract documents, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Regarding cancellations, in the event of weather related issues, if a mandatory evacuation is issued, a refund will be given for any unused nights. For our regular cancellation policy, if a cancellation notice is submitted in writing more than sixty days prior to the arrival date, a refund of the payment will be issued, minus a $100 administrative processing fee. If less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, we will also refund your payment in full (less the $100 administrative processing fee) only if we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount. If we need to discount the unit to re-rent it or it rents for fewer days, you will receive a refund for the amount rented (minus the $100 administrative processing fee). In most cases, with sufficient notice, we are usually able to re-rent the unit and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, if we are unable to re-rent the unit, the full payment will be forfeited.

About the owner: White Sand & Gulf Breeze Rental, LLC was established in 2006 when we purchased our first property. White Sand Rental is a local, family owned vacation rental company that takes pride in providing our guests an exceptional vacation experience while visiting Panama City Beach area. We have just the right number of units to give our guests a nice variety of floor plan options to choose from while still being able to make sure each unit is well-maintained and very clean. The group of vacation rental units we manage is comprised of a tight circle of owners we feel personally responsible to; therefore, we care for each unit as if it were our own.
For our guests, we strive to provide you with the same quality of unit and overall experience that we would like to have if we were booking a vacation rental ourselves. We make ourselves accessible to our guests throughout each stage of the reservation process before, during and after your stay. Our high-quality vacation rental units, excellent housekeeping and maintenance crews and our overall quality service is why we have many repeat guests who stay with us year after year.

Frequently Asked Questions
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4PM local time, and check-out is by 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for purchase on select rentals. Please email or call the office with your request and the team member will determine if your rental qualifies at that time. If you have already reserved a property, please contact our team to make your request.
What are Keyless Locks and Codes?
Our properties have keyless entry locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of an individualized generated code rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. Please see your reservation information for more on keyless entry systems.
What if we arrive after hours?
Arriving after hours is no problem when you stay in a White Sand Rental Property. Physical check-in is not required. Our check-in process is done by our vacation guest app link. This link is sent approximately two weeks prior to your arrival. We invite you to please go directly to your rental property at your check in time. If you need further assistance for any reason, please contact us.
Is there an age restriction?
Reservations may not be made by or for a minor. Only family guests are allowed in our properties. No units will be rented to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25, unless they are accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who remains in the unit for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretense are subject to forfeiture of all rental payments and damage protection fee as well as cancellation of the remaining reservation time.
Do you provide daily maid service?
White Sand Rental provides a departure clean on all stays. We also provide an initial supply of towels and linens, as well as trash liners, toilet paper and hand soap. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in every rental property; however, laundry detergent is not supplied due to highly sensitive individual needs, precautions and allergies.
What is provided with the accommodation?
Each of our properties are furnished with modern amenities such as high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens. We do ask that you bring your own beach towels, toiletries, etc.
Also provided with this unit is 2 free beach chair and umbrella service (March - October)!
When is a good time to book a reservation?
Book today! We recommend reserving the unit of your choice as early as possible, especially if you are planning to travel for Spring Break (mid-March to mid-April), Summer Season (Memorial Day to mid-August) or during Fall Break (1st 2 weeks in October). It is also best to book early if planning to travel around a major holiday, such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day.
Is there a Minimum Stay?
During the peak seasons, we rent this unit Saturday to Saturday unless the unit is still available about 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Sometimes we might have special exceptions going on, so it's worth emailing an inquiry. The 3-night minimum still applies throughout the year.
What is your policy on pets and smoking on the premises?
Although we personally love pets, due to individuals who are sensitive to or have allergic reactions, pets are not permitted in any White Sand Rental property or on the premises of said property.
Smoking is not allowed. Guest may smoke outside of the unit, but they are responsible for cleaning up and removal of cigarette butts, ashtrays, etc.
What is your payment policy?

The condo at 1906E in Caypso towers was wonderful. Views were awesome and condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Having Pier Park so close was great too. We will definitely consider this property again. We were there for a Spiderz softball tournament and the location to the sports complexes was great too.

The stay we enjoyed but the helicopters air flight patterns need to be changed. They need to fly out from the beach not right over all day long sometimes two or three at a time or very close to each other. The reason for vacation is to rest and relax. The reason for Florida is the beach and the sun to rest and relax not to hear helicopters on and on all day.

We like the location since it is close to the mall and for me a golf course was close. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.
