This beautifully remodeled home features a breathtaking pool and hot tub, a game room, waterfront fire pit, stunning outdoor kitchen, and paddle boards for your use and enjoyment! The house is situated perfectly on a saltwater canal, just SECONDS from the river leading out to the Gulf of Mexico. This home boasts sailboat access with no bridges and a 30 foot mooring area on the dock.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features a large breakfast bar with four barstools, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen with a crockpot and ninja blender. The dining area features a large table with seating for six with views out to the pool and canal.
Living Room
The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, a large flatscreen TV, and two large sliding glass doors opening to the lanai.
Master Suite
The master suite features a king size bed, nightstands, dresser, flatscreen TV and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a standup tile shower and a single vanity sink.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a king size bed, nightstand, dresser, and a large closet.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features of queen size bed, nightstand, a dresser, and a large closet.
Outside
Outside in the lanai area you will find plenty of outdoor seating, including an outdoor dining table with seating for six, a large outdoor kitchen with six barstools at the bar, and two Adirondack chairs by the pool. There are also two sun loungers in the pool on the sun ledge, plus a life-size game of connect four!
The gorgeous pool area features a screened in cage to keep you protected from Florida bugs. The pool is heated and has a built-in hot tub as well as a sun ledge with two water loungers.
Down at the dock you will find four more Adirondack chairs surrounding the canal front fire pit. There is also two paddle boards for your use and enjoyment. The boatlift is not available for guests to use, but there is a large 30 foot mooring area available.
The garage features a stunning game room, complete with a pool table, air hockey table, shuffleboard table, and dartboard. There is also cornhole and life size connect four available under the lanai.
Neighborhood Description
This home features a prime location near all the action, just off of Del Prado Blvd. This home is just minutes from anything you could want including shopping, dining, parks, beaches and more. Horton Park and Boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Yacht Club beach is just 10 minutes away. Sanibel Island is just a short 20 minute drive. Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve trails are also just 5 minutes away.

MelissaAbsolutely loved this home! Backyard was so much fun that we didn’t even leave the house for 3 days! We all loved the pool, especially the in water loungers. The kids had a blast paddle boarding in the canal. House had everything you could need, especially the kitchen, every tool and appliance possible. Great communication from the host. We would absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

KristenThe house was BEAUTIFUL! We spent almost every day outside by the pool and spent the night in the hot tub. Scenery was great and the location was so peaceful. It is off a main road, so some slight traffic noise during certain hours, but nothing awful. We even got to see some iguanas across the canal! The house was so clean and had the comfiest beds (like seriously I’m buying the same mattress now lol!) Whitney was phenomenal and so responsive/helpful whenever we had a question! 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay here again!

MikeWe loved our stay here. The pool, hot tub, BBQ area, game room, etc. were all great, but being right on the water was the best part. Our kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and fishing right off the dock. Also, there were multiple kayak rental companies available to deliver kayaks right to the house. We took advantage of that and had our whole group enjoying the water and fishing from kayaks. As private as the house is, you're only a few minutes away from plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Great house!

JasonThis house was exactly what we needed for a Spring Break getaway. Great location, with lots of nearby restaurants and grocery options. The pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids, and the game room got A LOT of use. Loved the giant jenga and cornhole set as well. So much to keep the kids from getting bored. Outdoor grill/bar was great for entertaining and the home was super clean. Whitney was very responsive to my questions and we'd definitely book this vacation home again. Thanks for a great week away from the cold.

NealThis property is amazing for a family vacation. The house is exactly as pictured. We are a family of 6 and easily fit in the house without feeling on top of each other. The pool, spa and outdoor kitchen was fantastic for having a relaxing afternoon while the kids kept themselves busy. The canal is really nice for relaxing at the fire table and watching boats come by or for fishing which we did every day and caught lots of fish and even a couple crabs and a sting ray. Whitney also had no issue with us renting a boat for the week and leaving it tied to the dock which was fun. We have traveled quite a bit with our family and the kids all agree this was their favourite vacation we have had. We had several questions before and during our stay and Whitney responded within a couple of minutes and was willing to do all she could to help make our stay as great as it was. Whitney also has a binder full of things to do in the area which was very handy. Stay here if it's available!!!!!

DamonIt was a wonderful place to stay. The outdoor living space was amazing. Pool and hot tub or cold tub whichever you prefer was awesome. Dock was nice to sit out at during the evening with the gas fire pit. The game room was fun. The host was quick to reply to any questions and easy to deal with. The place was great. We truly enjoyed our 10 nights. I would highly recommend this house to all.
