This spacious condo has southern exposure, a split floorplan with the main en suite on one side of the open concept living area, and 2 guest rooms and a guest bath on the opposite side, and wonderful views overlooking the inter-coastal water way, Calhousahacchee River, Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. A spacious gourmet kitchen awaits you with so many amenities if you decide you want to cook, have a bean to cup craft coffee, or a nice cold beverage!
Cape Harbour Marina is the place to be with its excellent waterfront restaurants, upscale boutiques, art gallery and a salon/spa. There is plenty to do with 2 pools, clubhouse, bbq grills, basketball court, tennis courts and fitness facility. Cape Harbour Marina is conducive to walking, jogging or bike riding. Boat and bike rentals, kayak rental, fishing charters, and sunset tours as well as weekly live outdoor entertainment, right on site. Convenient drive to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Pine Island. Supermarkets, stores, shopping, restaurants, banks, pharmacy's, etc., all just a short drive away. We have views of the mangroves, watch the boaters pull up to Rum Runners, enjoy the evening music from either screened-in lanai. Catch a show on any TV, including the lanai.

This property is beautifully located at Cape Harbour Marina! The unit is so clean and decorated lovely. I really enjoyed the to balconies that are screened in. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen appliances are all new. There are 2 pools we used the closest pool. The restaurants on site are really good.

I truly enjoyed my 3 month stay at this incredible Cape Coral condo. The condo is beautifully appointed with everything you can possibly need. For a long term stay it had everything to make it feel like a home. The view of the bay is really impressive and I loved working everyday looking out over the water. The condo location is also fantastic - being within the Cape Harbour community means easy access to great restaurants and live music! Cape Coral has a lot of great restaurants close by and this Condo was in the heart of it all. I hope to come back soon and take advantage of everything this condo has to offer.
