This spacious condo has southern exposure, a split floorplan with the main en suite on one side of the open concept living area, and 2 guest rooms and a guest bath on the opposite side, and wonderful views overlooking the inter-coastal water way, Calhousahacchee River, Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. A spacious gourmet kitchen awaits you with so many amenities if you decide you want to cook, have a bean to cup craft coffee, or a nice cold beverage!
Cape Harbour Marina is the place to be with its excellent waterfront restaurants, upscale boutiques, art gallery and a salon/spa. There is plenty to do with 2 pools, clubhouse, bbq grills, basketball court, tennis courts and fitness facility. Cape Harbour Marina is conducive to walking, jogging or bike riding. Boat and bike rentals, kayak rental, fishing charters, and sunset tours as well as weekly live outdoor entertainment, right on site. Convenient drive to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Pine Island. Supermarkets, stores, shopping, restaurants, banks, pharmacy's, etc., all just a short drive away. We have views of the mangroves, watch the boaters pull up to Rum Runners, enjoy the evening music from either screened-in lanai. Catch a show on any TV, including the lanai.

Why this property? This property was redone when I purchased it in 2023. The color palette I selected reflects the water viewed from every room, in creams, whites and navy with splashes of vintage brass, stone and glass. Relaxing and entertaining are easy, with a well appointed kitchen, gourmet bean to cup espresso machine, Margaritaville beverage maker, full laundry, and plenty of linens.
