Tidewater 801, 2248 square feet. Perfect for large groups. Incredible views.

This condo is amazing. We had ten women for a girls trip and there was tons of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The wrap around balcony and view was great. The owner was easy to work with and was quick to answer any questions I had. Tidewater is a beautiful and clean resort and staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again if looking for a large condo.

This was the best unit I have ever stayed in at the Tidewater. It had a well supplied kitchen and anything else we could need.
I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay . We never really utilized the free chairs and umbrellas because the other family members were down the beach from where we were . It was difficult to run back and forth to see them . Plus other people put umbrellas in of the resort chairs that blocked the ocean .
The condo itself was great we really enjoyed it . The sunsets were amazing . The beds were very comfortable.Thank you for having such a nice place to share with our family . Also thank you for returning calls and emails immediately . The kitchen was stocked great for cooking . We hope to come back !

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater 801- we had 10 people and there was plenty of room and bedrooms for all of us! The dining room table and living room also had enough seating for all! The beach and water was beautiful! And Cheryl was great to work with!

I’ve stayed at several vacation rentals and this was by far the absolute best one I’ve rented. It is very spacious and there is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable! Decor was beautiful and the condo was very clean. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and visit. The view was amazing from the balcony. We would 100% recommend staying in this condo.

A perfect unit for our family of 8. Four bedrooms and very spacious. Unit was clean, furnished very well, well maintained, and met all expectations. Owner was very accommodating and communicated extremely well in advance all important details related to checkin/checkout, what to expect during our stay, and how to reach her if we had any problems. Also, Tidewater is conveniently located, central to dining and activity, yet still distanced adequately from the crowded east end of PC Beach. An enjoyable stay and I definitely would consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our recent stay in this large and spacious unit. We comfortably bunked five people and hosted many more in-and-out guests during the Thanksgiving holiday. We used this condo as the primary gathering spot for our family main meal (20 people) and it offered plenty of room and seating for everyone! The kitchen was well-appointed with most everything we needed (had an initial issue with the fridge that worked itself out and the faucet needs some adjusting) and we gave the stove/oven a definite work-out! The weather was great, so we experienced many pleasant beach activities and witnessed beautiful sunsets from the balcony every night. Though we were disappointed that the free beach service chair/umbrella wasn't available when we were there, the closet full of beach chairs and toys in the unit kept us entertained. The Tidewater building is very nice and well-kept for its age. We used the fitness center and was pleased with how large and equipped it is. Be aware that you have to pay the resort a separate $25 "service" charge on top of all the other administrative charges already paid, and the request to always wear a wristband was a bit of a hassle. The unit owner was very responsive both before and during our stay. Extending our check-out time was really appreciated since our daughter had a later flight out of the local airport. We most certainly would stay here again!

Condo is just fantastic. Beach is great. Plenty of stuff to do and places to eat. Beds are all comfy, great kitchen, lots of room. Balconies have wonderful view. Stay here!

I couldn't ask for better treatment by the condo's owner. She responded quickly to questions and concerns before we signed the contract for a week's rental, after we signed and before we got to Tidewater Beach Resort, and during our stay in the condo. The condo was great; clean; nicely furnished; plenty of room; the corner unit gives nice views of the beach. A closet was full of beach toys: inner tubes, rafts, beach chairs, plastic buckets and shovels for kids, boogie boards, noodles, beach towels, etc. No need to bring your own beach equipment. Waiting for elevators was an issue. When going down, I would walk the stairs from the eighth floor. When going up, I usually waited a looonngg time for an elevator. This is not the fault of the condo's owner; it is a shortcoming of the Tidewater Beach Resort. Getting a cart for transporting luggage to and from the condo was a major hassle. Even though we arrived before the 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm check-in "rush hour," we waited in line a long time in order to get a cart, and had to leave a driver's license (to assure that the cart would be returned).

My family and i absolutely loved this condo, its excellent for large families or group of friends. When you walk in it takes your breath away, the view of the ocean is right there. The condo is well taken care, very clean and has all of the conveniences you would need, close to Pier Park, just a beautiful place all around.The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating to all of our needs.We would definitely recommend this condo!!!Also the condo's balconies have views from both sides, excellent place to watch the sun set!!!

Our family of 9 stayed in this home during the last week of September. The home was exactly as described. All concerns were immediately handled, above and beyond the expected. This home is so nice and the views were amazing. If we have another large family gathering, we will be back. Thank you.
