We are proud to add this lower level unit at the Regency Towers to our inventory. The owners of this three bedroom, two bath unit have made this home away from home a place that you can relax in, and enjoy. With a king sized bed in the master bedroom, queen sized bed in the second bedroom, two full beds in the third bedroom, this condominium can accommodate larger families. This condo has a west view of the beach, corian countertops, tile floor in the kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet in the living room. You will feel right at home in this second floor condo! Brand new living and dining furniture! This condo is available Sunday to Sunday during peak seasons.
Regency Towers has something for the entire family. You will enjoy the two full size pools (one of which is seasonally heated). The Regency has an indoor hot tub, poolside bar and grill, and a fitness room. Regency Towers is a gated community with 24 hour security.
Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive (the East end of the beach). This end of the beach is considered to be quieter and have less traffic. If you stay at the Regency, we recommend that you take a trip to St. Andrews State Park. The park is only 1.4 miles away, and features a boat ramp, great fishing spots, and the best snorkeling site.

Condo was great. It was very spacious and accommodating for 10 people. It was very clean. The AC worked great.Ceiling fans in each room helped keep it cool. It was equipped with everything needed for in the kitchen. The updated couches and dining room table looks so much better than what is posted in the pics. The couches are much better than pullout sofas and are comfortable. The condo is conveniently located by 2 stairways and the oceanside view was perfect. You can see out to the ocean and down the beach even though it's not a direct oceanfront view. The resort itself had fun things to do daily for families (like bingo, movie night, beach bonfire, corn hole) so that was nice. Balcony is spacious enough to enjoy a game of cards at the table, or eating, or just relaxing. The complex wasn't loud or rowdy.
