Located conveniently on the third floor of the Grand Panama Resort this is a unit you don't want to miss. This unit can comfortably sleep up to eight people featuring two king beds, twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. With a gorgeous balcony overlooking the gulf its the perfect place to eat dinner or relax in the chaise lounge chairs and read a book. With a fully stocked kitchen it makes for the perfect place for your next getaway!
Beach chair service is included and we’re also dog-friendly. We accept small dogs under 25 pounds with proof of up to date vaccinations and a paid pet registration fee. Other restrictions may apply so please inquire before booking.

Enjoying the beaches, the views, and the water activities are some of the most popular pastimes for our guests. On our beach you will find plenty of opportunities for fun. You can relax on a padded beach chair with a large sun umbrella, swim in the ocean, walk or play in the sand, or collect seashells. You can also rent a jet ski, go parasailing, or find many other excursions depending upon the day. And for those that want more, we have so much to offer. For shopping, morning coffee at Starbucks, ice cream snacks, evening entertainment, or just a casual meal, it’s hard to beat Pier Park. Just walk across the street to enjoy all they have to offer. They even have an IMAX theater.
Next door to Pier Park is Miracle Strip - an amusement park with rides, games, and activities for all ages.
For casual fine dining, there are many choices in town, but our personal favorite so far is FireFly. They specialize in fresh fish and seasonal vegetables, and their She Crab soup is outstanding.
If you’d like a close up visit with the ocean life, a visit to Gulf World Marine Park will allow you to meet Dolphins, Sea Lions, Turtles, Birds, Reptiles, and lots of our local inhabitants!

What an absolute paradise this place is! Located right on the beach, the property offered gorgeous views of the ocean. The sunsets were a sight to behold and we could watch them right from the balcony! Beach access was a breeze, as was access to the unit from the parking garage. The lower floor was really helpful as it helped us avoid waiting for the elevators. With such convenient access to the beach, our 1-yr old fur-baby had a really great time playing on the sand! The property was very well stocked with all essentials and located close to several grocery stores. The gym and heated pool at the property made the trip even more enjoyable. Our 12-yr old son had the time of his life shunting between the beach and the pool and we had a hard time keeping up with him! :) All said and done, this unit definitely exceeded our expectations in each and every way. We had a memorable stay indeed and can't wait to return!

From the time, my daughter and I stepped foot in the unit, we were delighted at all the arrangements. The unit was spacious, organized, and the views from the apartment were simply breathtaking! Someone smarter said- it's all about the location and the unit hits all the marks! The building itself is centrally located with easy access to grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants etc. The owners had also stocked essentials to make day 1 of stay easy! All rooms had brand new TVs and new furniture and bed was clean and comfy! The unit is right on the beach making long beach walks a piece of cake! We will definitely be returning again after that amazing stay!

This was our first time staying at this unit and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We took our 2-yr fur-baby along and she had a great time as well! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and we could see gorgeous sunsets every day!! There was also very easy beach access from the condo, due to the lower floor on which this unit is located. This also made accessing the unit from the parking garage an absolute breeze. The heated swimming pool and gym located on the property was the icing on the cake and we enjoyed them to the fullest. The unit was very well stocked with all essentials and was super-clean. It is also close to grocery stores so bringing supplies was very easy as well. All in all, we enjoyed every single moment of our stay and would definitely be back at this unit as soon as we can!!
