For your vacation on the beach - this condo is perfect. The condo is ground level and ON THE BEACH. Step out the door to the beach and pool. No elevator needed.
The beach, Gulf of Mexico, beach side pool, gas grills, and laundry facilities are just steps from the condo. The Pier, Times Square, restaurants, bars and beach activity are a short 15 minute walk. The condo is quiet - yet close to everything too.
The condo lanai is perfect for expanding your living area right to the beach. The screened lanai (with new motorized shutters) has expansive north and west views of the Gulf, Sanibel Island and the Pier. These two screened openings also provide welcome cross breezes. Breakfast on the lanai offers the chance to spot dolphins feeding. Open the lanai screen door and step down to relax on our beach side patio with two lounge chairs and umbrella. Or grab your sunglasses, our beach chairs and umbrella and dig your feet in the sand to feel the beach up close. An evening glass of wine is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset right from the lanai.
The condo's beachfront king bedroom with new slider window is exceptionally perfect. Few one bedroom condos have a bedroom overlooking the beach. Listen to the waves, gaze at the stars and watch the sun rise light the morning sky - all from the beachfront bedroom. The king bed is covered with a luxurious turquoise duvet, shams and pillows. The new mattress, box spring and four bed pillows are all encased in a premium allergen protective barrier so you can sleep easy. The bedroom has a large walk in closet with two luggage racks. The bathroom with tub/shower & 2 grab bars adjoins the king bedroom.
The entire condo is tiled with expansive 20” tile extending into the lanai. The condo's tranquil blue/green/sand decor reflect the colors of the Gulf and the beach. The condo feels like it belongs on the beach!
The location of Estero Beach Club (2580 Estero Blvd) is perfect in Ft Myers Beach. Estero Beach Club is close to activities and restaurants, yet it is private and quiet too. Walk the beach .09 mile (or take the 50 cent Trolley) to shops, restaurants, and afternoon/evening live entertainment.
There are so many restaurants/bars close by. There is a reserved covered parking space for our condo. The newly expanded Ft Myers Beach library is a 5 minute walk from the condo.
The condo is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay on the beach, INCLUDING 2 beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag, small coolers/ice packs, and an umbrella with auger for the beach. We think our condo is perfect and we’re sure you will enjoy your visit. Our calendar fills quickly - our renters return year after year as they appreciate and enjoy all the condo has to offer.
Area Information
The location of Estero Beach Club is perfect. It is .09 mile south of the Pier and Times Square. There are many restaurants and shops at Times Square as well as nearby beach activities. It's an easy walk to the Pier with many bars and restaurants on the way. The trolley stops in front of the condo.
Fort Myers Beach known as a safe beach because there is no undertow. The sugar white sand is perfect for long walks and shelling. The new Beach Library is two blocks south with many resources available.

About the owner: Owners Dan and Pat Garrity - Dan has been coming to Fort Myers Beach since 1969. His parents originally owned this condo when it was built so Dan is happy to have a family history in owning the same condo. We love Fort Myers Beach and all it has to offer and have been enjoying Estero Beach Club for many years.

Paradise Perfection!
What a lovely surprise this condo was from the first toe in the door, looking out through the Lanai at the turquoise water and white sand. Immaculate! The owners have set it up with consideration for all of your needs. The pool and hot tub were also immaculate. We met the friendliest people at sunset at the pool. We do not exaggerate to say, this condo, the amenities and location are a Paradise Perfection Trifecta! Thank you to the owners!
