• Dalmatian bedroom - Themed King size bedroom, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower. Flat screen Roku TV.
• Duotone bedroom - King sized bedroom; ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower. Flat screen Roku TV.
• Harry Potter bedroom - Themed bedroom with 2x Twin sized beds; adjacent bathroom includes vanity and shower.
• Campsite bedroom - Themed bunkbed bedroom (twin over full); adjacent bathroom includes double vanity and shower. Flat screen Roku TV.
• White & Blue bedroom - King size bedroom; adjacent bathroom includes double vanity and tub. Flat screen Roku TV.
• Frozen bedroom - Themed 2x twin bedroom; adjacent bathroom includes double vanity and tub. Flat screen Roku TV.
Every bedroom has blackout curtains.
MAIN LIVING AREA
Comfortable seating area with a sectional, 2 accent chairs and a big flat screen Roku TV with cable.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with a 4 seat island style breakfast bar.

ENTERTAINMENT
Every King size bedroom has a flat screen 43" Roku TV.
Frozen bedroom and Campsite bedroom has a flat screen 40" Roku TV.
Main living area has a large flat screen 55" Roku TV with cable.
Upper floor loft area has a flat screen 65" Roku TV with cable and Playstation gaming console (please bring your own games), a sectional and and 2 arm chairs. Also pretend play area for toddlers with wooden house, kitchen, supermarket and reading corner.
Themed games room has a 7.5´pool table, foosball table and 3 arcade machines.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Private pool and spillover spa (optional heating for an additional fee)
8 seat patio table and sectional Seating Group. Grill can be rented for an additional fee.
Pool fence.
* Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from November to April. If you would like the Spa to be heated, you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
**All spa/pool heating requests must be prior to your check in and it has to be for the complete duration of your stay.

I live in Peru, South America with my husband and our young son. We are excited to share our Orlando Magical Villas with you and we pride ourselves on providing our guests with unforgettable vacations and excellent hospitality. As a family, we love to spend time at the beach and to travel together. We also enjoy our visit to the Orlando area as much as we can. We look forward to hosting many more happy guests!

The house was exactly as pictured! Extremely clean and ready for guests. Pool heat was on and comfortable, display screen at entry was very informative, and check-in and out were the easiest I’ve ever experienced! We needed to request a late check out due to an airline issue and it was granted with no issues and no charge if out before noon. The property manager was always quick to respond to respond to any questions and was happy to help find my granddaughter’s bedtime books we left behind and ship back to us! The beds were super comfy, we all felt very safe there and the resort area was vey nice! We would definitely return. We were only there for 5 nights and two of our days were park days. If we were there longer and could have used the resort more then it would have really been nice to have a golf cart for transportation. Parking was very limited at clubhouse and although it was walkable, it would have been a long walk for older and younger members of the group.

You will not be disappointed if you rent this home….pictures are great, but seeing the spaces and the flow is better in person. Our group of 9 had a lovely time in Brigitte’s home, and she is quite possibly the best property owner I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. We paid for pool heat and used the pool at the house more than the resort pool…it was hard to tear ourselves away from the house. We had plenty of dishes and towels, and there were lots of pots and pans to use for cooking. I highly recommend renting this property!

We were extremely happy and had a wonderful vacation in this home! The house is beautiful, clean and everything we could possibly have wanted or needed was provided! Brigette was amazing during the booking process and went above and beyond with communication, answering all of our questions and helping us through the whole process!
