We discovered the Legacy Park community and felt the quiet and pristine development to be welcoming. We fell in love with this property as soon as we walked through the door. The open and spacious floor plan surrounds the enticing views of the pool and lanai area. The feeling of comfort in this home away from home was an instant attraction. We also knew that we would be able to accommodate family and friends, allowing them space and privacy of their own with self contained bathrooms in each spacious bedroom. We are located at Legacy Park/Highland Reserve community off Hwy 27 and within minutes to I4. There are many restaurants and shopping areas within close proximity to the villa catering to all tastes and budgets. Walmart Superstore, Lowes Hardware and other fast food restaurants are off Hwy 27 on the other side of Hwy 192 which are 2 mins away.
In the villa you will find a detailed welcome binder listing the names and addresses the most popular restaurants and shopping in the Orlando area. Make sure to reserve an evening at Disney Springs for dinner and to stroll through the streets to enjoy the live entertainment and activities.
Champions Gate is 6 miles and Southern Dunes Golf & Country club is 16 miles away.

About the owner: We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys who love to explore Florida. When we saw this house, we fell in love with it immediately because it is spacious and great location with tons of amenities around. We are very lucky to own a place in Orlando and humbled by the people & guests we have met along the way. We hope that our guests will take care of our home the same way as they do in their homes as we all want to build great memories with our families and friends.
Why this property? We purchased this villa to enjoy with family and friend vacations. It experience the best of both world's, the feeling of enjoyment and excitement of the Orlando parks with the relaxing comfort and privacy of a home.

To start the owner Joseph is very easy to work with. He responded quickly anytime I contacted him. Upon arrival check in was very easy. This home is very spacious and well maintained. We had our kids and grandkids come visit us and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The screened in pool area is large with plenty of seating for all. We enjoyed many hours out there. It also has a removable child safety fence which was wonderful since we had a 2 year old granddaughter visiting. The kids also loved the upstairs game room. This home is conveniently located to Disney with a Publix grocery store and a Wal-Mart nearby. I would highly recommend this vacation home and would definitely stay there again. Best regards, Wendy H

House is large, and location is great. There was 6 of us, but this house would easily accommodate 10. Two sitting and dining ares. As well as a table/chairs and loungers around the pool.This vacation was to visit parks…not something we plan on doing again, but if we did, we would definitely consider this house again.Enjoyed the pool on our days off.20-30 minutes to Disney. (Traffic). 45 minutes to MCO.Joseph (the owner) was very easy to reach and always replied quickly!
