Cleanest Villa We Have Ever Rented

We stayed for the month of February 2024 and were impressed with how clean the villa was the moment we arrived. There were only two of us and we found the master bed to be very comfy and able to get a good nights sleep. This unit has a fully stocked games room in the garage but we did not use it. Most of our time was spent in the spa. The spa setting was set much higher than other places we have stayed at and it was very relaxing spending time in it. Jump in the pool to cool off on hot days and then right back into the spa. The area was very quite and pleasant to walk around. Hazel was great to deal with and hope to eventually return to Florida again. This is the place we will stay... if available.

Perfect Location

Excellent service from Hazel, directions to the villa and required code to enter this well kept gated community provided in plenty time. Villa was clean, spacious and as described and viewed on the photos. Plenty room for our party of 5 with a room to spare. Living area and kitchen was fabulous and the fridge freezer provided plenty storage along with fresh cold water and ice. Pool and spa were clean and gave us hours of fun and there was plenty outside seating to enjoy the sun and the view to the rear of the Villa over the conservation area. Location is fantastic for all parks with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Great Place

Place was clean, well equiped and in a great location, (Publix was 30 minutes walking distance.) Place is located in gated community which adds to security and quietness of the area. Pool and spa were great, nice size to them, clean, and great temperature. Plenty of beach towels to use, plenty of chairs and lounges and patio table and chairs. Pool toys were also supplied. Gas grill was also in pool area. Only used the pool table in the garage a few times but it was level and in great shape (unlike previous places that we rented.) Only other items we used from the gargae were golf clubs. These were full sets and in great condition. Kitchen was nice with big refrigerator and plenty pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.Owner was very responsive and helpful.Would definately consider staying again.

Amazing home!

We would like to thank Hazel for a home away from home. The home is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The salt water pool and spa were amazing. The location was great for visiting Disney and water parks as well as for shopping. Hazel was very prompt to answer any questions we had and did her best to make everything just right. Will definitely look at staying here again when we visit. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything!

Three weeks in Florida

We found Hazel through friends of ours who had used Hazel’s villas for many years. Hazel was always so professional and so helpful from the moment we made our initial enquiry. When we arrived at the villa it was absolutely perfect for our needs! Plenty of space for a family of six, a great pool area, games room etc. It was truly a well equipped, clean, private home from home in a safe gated community and a wonderful base to help us explore the parks everyday. We especially loved being able to take a mid-day break from the heat of the Disney parks and take a dip in the pool or spa before returning to watch the fireworks in the evenings. Our kids loved every second of their stay and we were all sad to leave! We can say without doubt that we will use Hazel again if we return to Orlando in a few years!

Wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! We've stayed in this general area several times and this was the best location for getting to/from restaurants and activities. The pool and hot tub were great places to relax and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, kettles, silverware, etc. We had a few questions when we arrived and Hazel answered them promptly. Linens and towels (including for the pool) were provided. Master bed was very comfy. The provided gas grill was a plus. Definitely would stay here again.

A wee spring break

Whilst having never visited 8-16 in March, my husband and I enjoyed a lovely 9 days at your home. Despite not having visited for 5 years we found your home to be very clean, well maintained and well appointed. We will continue to book your home in the future as it is a great base to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Our favourite venue was the Town Tavern at Celebration

816 Highgate Park Blvd, Legacy Park

We stayed Jan Thru Mid Feb. & enjoyed it very much, their attention to detail was impressive! Everything u would need for cooking & baking! The salt water pool was amazing, & hands down better than chlorine. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t need to unpack our tempur-pedic mattress topper, due to back surgery a few months prior, this was very important to us! Her response to questions was almost immediate. We will definitely stay there again & r checking our dates for 2023!

816 high gate park

It was the best rental house and location we have stayed in over the past several years in Davenport florida Great location and privacy as well as the gated community was well kept and secured Owners where the best and friendliest we have had the opportunity to rent from for two months I would give this rental a triple AAA rating Cheers

Beautiful home away from home!

What a great stay! After having our Airbnb reservation canceled on us 17 days before our trip, Hazel was able to accommodate us on such short notice and didn’t take advantage monetarily when she could have knowing we needed somewhere to stay. She was amazing from start to finish. She never once appeared bothered by the numerous emails and assured me all would work out. She wasn’t lying! The house was beautiful! We especially liked all of the appliances, utensils and such. Everything was name brand and well kept. It was like being at home (maybe even better)! Our children loved the pool/hot tub and game room and the house had enough space to separate after a long day. The house is located in a great location with the parks close by and many restaurants and grocery stores just outside the development. We can’t say enough good things about the rental process, owner and home. We definitely recommend using Hazel and her property again and we look forward to returning. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing Week Stay!

Had an absolutely Amazing week here with my daughters and myself!! Everything was just perfect!! From the beautiful house decor, the comfy beds, and the Amazing pool.. we couldn’t have asked for anything better!! The house was very well stocked with all the kitchen and bath/pool towels that you will need! The Pool…WOW!! We enjoyed everyday. The night pool/spa lights and the heated Spa was perfect…just as I wanted for my Vacation. Even better we got to watch the Fireworks on the 4th of July! Also like being in a gated community and the area was with a Publix a few minutes away. I have to give a huge shout out and Thank You to Hazel for being such a gracious host! Very responsive and gave much attention from booking to departure! Our only Negative..is we had you leave

Great Location

Our family had an excellent stay here, location is superb for the Disney parks. The villa is large with a great pool with jacuzzi attached, the villa supplies everything you need for a luxury stay, Beds are the most comfortable we have slept in which was great after a long day at the parks. Great for kids with a games room and on site tennis court Booking is made simple and dealt with in a very professional manner We will look forward to booking again soon

Great vacations

If I could give ten stars I would !

Fantastic villa , very clean and also family friendly. With Disney only being a 15 minute drive away it’s in the perfect location .The pool and spa area is very relaxing and also very clean and well kept, the kids loved the inflatables too. There is also a great park very close by that has a tennis court which is fantastic for kids and adults. All in all it was a very enjoyable holiday and I will definitely be back!

Great vacation!!!

Very nice comfortable home and very clean. Quiet neighborhood with shopping and things to do very close by. Owner very easy to contact and answered quickly to a few questions we had. Our daughter and her 3 children came for a few days and just lived the pool and game room. Really didn’t want to go anywhere. To much fun there. Definitely will rent this house again. Thank you Hazel for making the stay at your rental a very relaxing one.

Fantastic

Champions Gate area 15 minutes to Disney depending on traffic. Our hosts were very nice and helpful. Large house with beatiful pool. Would stay again if they would have us.:-)

Villa

This villa was very clean and very well equipped. The area of Highgate park felt very safe and secure as it was gated and very tidy. We loved the tennis courts and did manage to walk to the local shops and restaurants but this does take good 20 mins each way! The villa was nicely furnished but we found the single beds uncomfortable and the guest room double bed sank in the middle slightly. The main bed was extremely comfortable and very big. The pool was fantastic in size and we all loved using it, great temperature if using the pool heat. we would recommend this villa to friends.
