This is our fifth year staying in this complex and this unit was the nicest unit we have stayed in. The updated to the kitchen and living space make this the nicest unit I have seen or stayed in this complex. The owners extra touches of treats and coffee supplies as well as regular kitchen supplies go above and beyond what I have seen in rental units. However there was some issues we encountered with our stay, one being ants in the kitchen and pantry, when this was brought up with the owners their reply was “it’s Florida, there are ants”. This is the fifth unit I have stayed in in this complex over the years and was one of three places we stayed in this year and the only one with ants, so it is a unit/ building issue they need to address. Other building issues we encountered during our stay was the elevator being out of order for four days and the person in the unit below smoking pot on their outdoor porch constantly (6-7 times daily) every day. It was so bad we had to take our grandchild visiting with us in on several occasions.

"Thank you so much for staying with us, we are so sorry about the ant problem as well as the elevator and the neighbor below. I had no idea about the neighbor below was doing that. The ant situation is being remedied by the homeowners association. We will address the downstairs neighbor situation with the homeowners association, we hope you will stay with us again we really enjoyed having you as a guest."
