WHO CAN STAY:
-Guest booking must be 25+
-Can host up to 14 guests. Note: theme rooms are twin and full size beds. No adults allowed on top bunk
-No pets allowed
PARKING:
-Up to 4 vehicles allowed; driveway can fit 2 cars max. Street parking available on designated area.
-RVs are not allowed in the community
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
-Early check in / Late Check out is $75 depending on availability. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn and therefore it is often difficult for us to make these accommodations but we will try our best if possible
POOL
-We have a fence around the pool for child safety.
-We have a door alarm which will go off unless the bypass button is pressed. This is to alert parents if children accidentally go outside unaccompanied
-We have weekly pool service and an automated chlorine system to maintain water chemistry.
-Pool can be heated up to 90F by request for $25/day for entire duration of stay
-We cannot guarantee pool heat temperatures due to weather conditions. The heater auto turns off if weather is below 60F.
-NO lifeguard in the private pool. Please supervise all children and use at your own risk
-Despite our best attempts with a screened in pool it is impossible to prevent every silly little bug who tries to take a swim in the pool...and fail.
SMOKING/DRUGS
-Not allowed
-Extra cleaning charge and air purification fee will be $500 if there is smoke in the house
PESTS and BUGS
-We subscribe to monthly pest control
-One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors wide open and invite insects into the air-conditioned interior.
SECURITY CAMERA
-We have a ring doorbell camera.
-We also have a ring camera facing the driveway and the outdoor HVAC equipment.
-Ring doorbells are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time
-We do not have the time nor the interest in routinely monitoring the camera. Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security as it is not routinely monitored. Please continue to practice common sense safety actions such as closing and locking doors.
-There are no cameras inside the house, in any private areas, or pointing at swimming pool
REFUNDS
-You will be asked to leave early with no refunds if parties are held or unauthorized pets are snuck in
-Hurricane season is June 1st to November 30th in Florida. According to platform rules - please consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself. Only mandatory city evacuations qualify for refunds

Our stay was absolutely magical, feeling exactly like a true home away from home from the moment we walked through the door. Every single detail was perfectly accurate and looked just like the pictures shown, completely exceeding our expectations. It served as the perfect space for our incredibly special family trip, where we celebrated my mom's very first time experiencing Disney and my father's milestone 61st birthday. Having such a cozy, and reliable place to return to each day made our celebrations and family memories all the more unforgettable.

We had a great stay at Varnita's place for 6 nights. She was extremely friendly and responsive to anything we needed throughout our trip. The kids loved the game room and themed bedrooms. The house was clean and everything looked just like the photos. The pool was very clean. We were about 20-25 minutes from Disney which was great. Overall we had a blast and would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Varnita's house was perfect for our family! The kids absolutely loved the themed rooms and spent most of their time in the Mario-themed game room. The community clubhouse and pool were amazing as well.Everything was clean, fun, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

We had so much fun here, community amenities were great and in walking distance. House was clean and plenty of space. The game room was super cool and the kids lived in it!! Each room was very cool and lots of thoughtful decor that made it feel extra exciting. Area felt safe and close to Publix. Host was very responsive and gave detailed info to make the check in process very easy, one of the smoothest we've had. Would stay again!

This house is amazing and great for families and kids. The host is super responsive and the amenities are awesome. The house is relatively clean but could use a deep clean. Other than that the house has everything you can think of for babies, kids, and cooking. The clubhouse was cool but the house pool and the safety features were so great. The theme rooms are fun and the kids (and adults) loved the game room. Great stay! And Publix was 4 min away!

We had an amazing stay at Imagination Station The owners were wonderful communicators, very responsive, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and clearly well cared for.Our entire family absolutely loved all of the themed rooms, especially the Mario Kart room — we’ve never seen anything like it! It was such a fun and unique touch that made the stay extra special. Our 6-year-old especially adored the mermaid room and didn’t want to leave.The resort amenities were also fantastic. The pool and lazy river were such a fun added bonus and gave everyone even more to enjoy during our trip.We made so many great memories here and would definitely stay again!
