A Beautiful house located in one of the most quiet parts of champions gate in a the gated community.. We loved our stay, everything was perfect. Check-in was easy and seamless , there are several restaurants, grocery stores and shops near the house. Its is about 20 mins from Walt Disney Parks and Universal Studios. All the rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds and sheets were like new, the towels clean and smelled great. The pool was a main stay for the family every day of our stay as we had heated pool and spa. This was great to come home to after a long day at the parks. Even though Neighbours are around you, the pool/patio area is very private and remains intimate with no Neighbours behind you. I'll be back on a future trip. Darren could not do more for us as a host and any questions were answered in a great timely fashion. Thanks Niamh.

The villa was well situated with regards to location and on a good run about 20 minutes from the Disney parks. The villa itself was large enough for the 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children ranging from 4 to 12 (each having their own bedroom, which was a bonus). We certainly never felt on top of one another. The children loved the pool and whirlpool/hot tub and on most days they were keen to cool off in the pool after a busy day out. The kitchen was well equipped for our families needs, plus the washing machine and tumble drier were a god send. Darren was always quick to respond to any questions, even going so far as to ring me, when I had lots to ask ?? - thanks Darren you put my mind at rest. Beautiful property perfect for a large family of all ages. We all loved the pool and hot tub! The home is also equipped with multiple master bedrooms to mitigate contention for the bath/shower. This community is also centrally located making it easy to get to any area attraction that suites your fancy! We''d recommend this property to all of our friends and family!

I never write reviews on anything but I felt this house deserved a review from me. The owner answered many questions very fast and prompt before we booked. We got to the house and we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the house and the overall condition. The neighborhood was amazing very quite and all new builds . We can' 't wait to go back.

he house was exactly as pictured. The house was clean. We stayed here for the whole of June 2020 and can highly recommend this property. A lovely new house and a great base for golf, shopping, visiting the theme parks, beach, Kennedy Space Centre etc. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 6 adults and 2 children. The pool area is great very private there was nobody behind us so it was nice and relaxing. There are 4 loungers by the pool and it has a lovely table/chairs for eating outside. There is plenty of space inside the house and there is a separate games room too in the Garage with Xbox and a PlayStation for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped and nearby supermarkets made life easy for us. It is a 10 min walk from the house to the resort pool which has a café, waterslide and new lazy river. There is also a gym and a cinema. We made good use of and enjoyed these facilities too . I'd certainly recommend and hope to go back soon!

Booked this for some family I had coming in from Ireland, 10 people need space and this provided for a much more efficient cost than a hotel room for 2 weeks. Rooms had awesome themes, kids were happy and entertained with the pool and game room which saved us having to hersr about parks every day.

Darren was a great host Very attentive answering all our questions and concerns his home Was exactly what I needed His pool was a little small but perfect for me as I had toddlers and small children I personally loved the game room and pool table And loved the upstairs living room Great for movie nights And beautiful dining room for gathering and eating together Overall Darren was great is home is beautiful the villa services not so great

My family and I just got back from the most amazing vacation. This is the first time we decided to rent a house instead of staying at a hotel. I did lots of research and I have to say that it was worth it. This is a beautiful 6 bedrooms house in a great area. The pool and jacuzzi amazing. The house is in a resort community which allowed us access to the pool, gym and other amenities. We had the best time of our lives and already planning our next vacation and hoping to stay at this house.

The house was super clean and the neighborhood was really nice very spacious for the entire family. Very private at the back of the house which is unique in this development. Amenities were brilliant plenty to do .
