We have found it is a more comfortable way to spend time with family and friends, and save some money too! We have been wintering in Florida the last 8 years. We booked the house thru Florida Rentals and it was our first experience using this platform/company. I would not hesitate to use this platform/company again. We were pleasantly surprised with Nader’s house. It was everything we were wanting and was actually nicer than the pictures. Everything was very clean. The was plenty of room to relax for a 6 bedroom house. The pool heat and hot tub worked as it should. Nadar checked (via texting) on us regularly to see how things were going. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. The resort amenities were a good plus. There is only one parking spot in the driveway, but there were a decent amount of on street parking spaces. We will try to book with Nadar again.
