Most Solterra homes have five or six bedrooms and a private pool out back, which gives a big family or two households room to spread out. On top of the nightly rate, expect a cleaning fee, 12% in sales and tourist taxes, an optional pool-heat charge at many homes, and the resort fee unless your owner covers it. But because you book directly with the owner, you won’t pay any booking fees.

Solterra Resort has community-wide rules for parking, gate access, and shared amenities, while individual owners set their own policies for pets, check-in, and additional charges. When you book directly with the owner, you can confirm these details before your stay.
Park in your rental's garage, driveway, or assigned spaces. Street parking is permitted only in designated areas, and overnight restrictions may apply. Vehicles parked on grass or unauthorized curbs risk being towed. If your group is bringing multiple cars, confirm parking capacity with your host.
The one-time resort fee covers your group for the duration of your stay. If your host hasn't included it, you can pay online or at the clubhouse using a credit or debit card. Bring proof of your rental agreement when registering.
Solterra is a guard-gated community, and your owner or property manager must register your group before check-in. Ask about required guest information and arrival instructions in advance to avoid delays at the entrance.
Pet rules vary by rental, and many homes don't allow animals. Where pets are permitted, they must be leashed in designated common areas and kept away from the pool deck, sports courts, playground, and certain lawns. Confirm any pet fees and restrictions with your host.
