Accommodating up to 12 guests across approximately 3,032 square feet, the home combines a private backyard setting with a game room and access to Solterra's lazy river, waterslides, resort pool, and other recreational amenities.

One of the home's most desirable features is its setting with no rear neighbors. Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's pool area, your group can enjoy a more private atmosphere while swimming, relaxing on the lanai, or spending time together outdoors.

The southeast-facing screened pool provides your own place to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout your stay. Start the morning with coffee beneath the screened lanai, spend the afternoon swimming, or return from the theme parks and relax beside the water. Outdoor patio furniture provides a comfortable place for your group to gather between activities.

The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind after long days exploring Orlando. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa heats to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

When it's time for some friendly competition, head to the private game room. Challenge family and friends to pool, air hockey, or foosball for an easy entertainment option without leaving the home. It's especially convenient for evenings at home, relaxing resort days, or Florida's occasional rainy afternoons.

Inside, the spacious living areas give larger families and groups plenty of room to spread out. The great room features a 50-inch TV for gathering together, while the upstairs loft provides another comfortable living space with its own 50-inch TV. Flat-screen TVs in every bedroom give guests additional entertainment options when they're ready for some downtime.

The fully equipped kitchen makes dining at home convenient, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to Disney, putting together lunch between activities, or enjoying a relaxed family dinner after a day at the parks.

The six-bedroom configuration includes two king primary ensuite bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, making the layout particularly convenient for multiple families or generations traveling together. A queen bedroom and three additional twin bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for the rest of the group.

RESORT ACCESS FEE

Solterra Resort charges a resort amenity fee of $35 for reservations with up to 12 guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment is made directly to the clubhouse upon arrival using a credit or debit card.
