Welcome to this breathtaking vacation home close to Disney World and two world renowned Golf Courses. This recently renovated modern 3 bed, 2 bath home is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day visiting many of the local attractions.

The villa has air con thoughout and hi-speed WiFi.

The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom and also a TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has a double bed. All linens provided.

There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.

The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.

You also have your own games room with ping pong and table football, great for family entertainment.

The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and your own private pool with stunning lake view. There is a covered lanai, ideal for al fresco dining with your pool and lake view.

Having a cocktail when the sunsets over the lake will be a most memorable experience.You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. The sun reaches the deck mid-morning and remains there for the rest of the day.

Thousand Oaks is located in Davenport and in easy reach of all the major attractions in Central Florida. There is a new Publix Supermarket 1 mile from the home and with Champions Gate close by you will be spoiled for choice with restaurants and bars.
