Welcome to our modern beautifully furnished four bedroom 2 bathroom single story home, with own private pool.
There is a large family room with lots of comfortable seating and large screen Smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed.
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
Kick your shoes off and relax in the large open plan spacious home.
The Main bedroom has a King size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a
separate bath tub and a walk-in shower with easy access.
There are an additional king bedroom and two bedrooms with Queen size beds making this a great home for more than one family to share.Every bedroom has a Smart TV.There is an additional bathroom, so 2 in total.
The home boasts a private fully screened in pool, the perfect setting for relaxing and topping up your tan.A lovely place to sit and relax in the evenings enjoying a nice drink and snacks or dinning Al fresco.
The villa has it's own washing machine and drier so no need to fill your suitcase.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa .
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
The home is located in Florida Pines located less than five minutes a newly built Publix and other shops, 10-15 minutes from Super Wal Mart and close to Champions gate and the 192 where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Take a short drive to several shopping malls and outlets so you can get all your souvenirs and presents to take home to your family and friends.
Having your own vacation home to stay in rather than a hotel offers much more freedom to come and go as you please, especially if you have little ones in your party.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team with Kaye (our outstanding assistant) that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

The house was perfect for our party of 5 people, all adults. Good location, pool heat was awesome! It was also a beautiful view to wake up to every morning, and stare at that view all day. Beds were comfortable, and the house was super clean. Would not hesitate to book again. We also had a few minor problems, and they were fixed immediately by the management company! Thanks for a great stay.
