Our stunning, spacious recently upgraded 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms detached single storey villa is perfect for families sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. Located in the prestigious peaceful Orange Tree community which is a couple of miles north on US27 and US192 and just over 10 minutes from Interstate 4.

It is 15 minutes from the gates of Disney World, 25 minutes from Universal and Sea World, and there are several golf courses within easy striking distance.

The living area provides an open plan space to relax and unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks. The area is spacious and has a luxurious L-shaped leather settee so providing plenty of comfortable seating. There is a 65” Smart TV within this space as well.

Our fully fitted kitchen has everything you require and more. A breakfast bar and stools complimented by the breakfast table within the kitchen area overlooking the pool.

There is a more formal dining area that features a table to seat 6 comfortably.

There are 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuites.

Bedroom 1 is a master suite with Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Which includes a large corner bath and walk-in shower as well as 32” TV

Bedroom 2 is a master suite with a Queen-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a 32” Smart TV.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin bed. There is a bathroom between these two bedrooms with a shower over the bath

There is ample space in all the bedrooms. All luxurious bed linens and towels are provided.

There is a gorgeous private east facing pool. The extended deck is ideal for sunbathing. It is fully screened and has plenty of patio furniture, sun loungers and outside table seating for al fresco dining.

The pool deck comes equipped with child proof fencing for safety and peace of mind.

The double garage has been converted into a games room with various games including Air hockey, a pool table and Foosball

Baby equipment can be provided upon request.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Orange Tree is an executive community situated just a couple of minutes from shops and restaurants, and less than a 10-minute drive from the main gate at Disney in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida.

The Orange Tree community is located 2 miles North of Hwy 192 West on I-27 - approximately 9 miles from the Disney theme parks. With lots of extra amenities and features it is one of the most popular destinations for families visiting Orlando Florida.
